In general, Radar system uses electro-magnetic wave that sends energy to search for targets. When target is detected then the portion of energy wills reflect back to the radar which is called as echoes. This echo is processed by Receiver to extract target information such as angular position, speed, Range etc. FMCW radar is frequency Modulated Continuous Wave radar is those that continuously emit electromagnetic energy. FMCW radar is simple, small in size and uses lower transmitting power. In this paper we modulated 10 GHz of FMCW Radar in MATLAB-Simulink. Here we also did Mathematical modeling of radar. In this we generated 10 GHz of FMCW signal which is passed through mixer to get IF signal. IF signal is time domain that converted into frequency domain by using FFT. Range of IF (Beat frequency) is 40 KHz to 400 KHz.

Users amongst the available networks prefer the Wi-Fi and 4G networks. Wi-Fi is a choice for homes and offices for limited coverage and high data rate. While for outdoor, 4G is a better choice due to broader coverage and reasonably better average data rates. As user mobility is high nowadays, smooth session transfer is essential amongst such heterogeneous networks to provide seamless connectivity with the best QoS. Currently, video real-time application traffic is in high demand. This paper investigates the heterogeneous /vertical handover performance for realistic traffic and terminal speeds based on the MIH framework. The MIH is IEEE 802.21 standard to maintain the service continuity amongst heterogeneous networks. The primary focus of this paper is to derive the thresholds for speeds and the link layer predictive triggers. These threshold...

Subscriber’s data need and all time connectivity is in demand irrespective of underlying network is increased as LTE, WiMax(Wireless interoperability for microwave access) networks offer high data rates at low cost. High data rates are also available in Wi-Fi but with smaller coverage while LTE, WiMAX technologies offer it with large coverage. Due to high mobility of mobile node home network is frequently changed and an uninterrupted service can’t be provided because of the heterogeneous network scenario. To resolve this mobility issue the internetworking between various contemporary and next generation wireless standards is highly required. There are strategies and solutions proposed in the literature since last two decades. This paper focuses on various solutions for heterogeneous or vertical handovers and their comparison on the basis of latency, packet loss, scalability etc. and proposes feasibility of implementation of an optimum VHO solution on software defined radio (SDR) platforms without many changes in the existing framework of networks.

The main advantage of QAM is it uses bandwidth efficiently. It gives both phase and amplitude change so more number of sub channel can be used. Using partial reconfiguration feature provided by the FPGA we can change the functionality of the FPGA so in that modulation scheme can change as per the channel condition. Due to that data rate can be adjusted and restrict to data loss. This paper gives implementation of different QAM variants in MATLAB system generator and converts MATLAB design in VHDL code, implement it on FPGA and using partial reconfiguration change the modulation scheme.
