Twenty-seven first-year pupils at Al-Malik Fahd Public School participated in this study. The suggested course was based on digital story strategies; digital photo stories, and e-mind mapping. To practise the study's interactive activities, participants used technological platforms, such as Boom Writer and Storyboard, to describe themselves, people, and events in authentic situations. These exercises helped pupils share meaning through English writing activities and form their own opinions. The instrument of the quasi-experimental one-group study was a pre-posttest designed to measure participants' descriptive writing in the pre-post treatment. Also, the researchers utilized a writing checklist as a pupils' self-assessment instrument to ensure participants understood their descriptive writing tasks by measuring the three selected components of descriptive writing; supporting details, organization, and mechanics & sentence structure. Additionally, a scoring rubric was constructed to evaluate pupils' writing before and after treatment. The study findings showed that using digital story strategies developed the English descriptive writing components of first-year preparatory stage pupils.

Direct obstetric complications resulted in the crude direct obstetric case fatality rate in Ethiopia. This study aimed to assess the relationship between Complication Experience during Pregnancy and Place of Delivery among Pregnant Women. Method A community-based cross-sectional study was conducted to assess the baseline information as a part of a randomized control trial study. The sample size that was calculated for the cohort study with the assumptions to detect an increase in a minimum acceptable diet from 11 to 31%, with 95% CIs and 80% power, an intra-cluster correlation coefficient of 0·2 for a cluster size of 10 was used for this study. Subjects and Methods: A total number of 84 pediatric patients from April 2019 till October 2019 were recruited. A comprehensive oral examination was performed for both soft and hard oral tissues and the following outcomes were assessed: dental caries, enamel hypoplasia, oral candidiasis, and gingival hyperplasia. Patients were classified into: group I represents the haemodialysis group and group II represents the kidney transplantation group. Results: In both groups, 17 were caries affected (20 %) and 67 were caries-free (80%). The percentage of enamel hypoplasia was reported in 25% of both groups. The percentage of gingival enlargement among group I was 3.4 % while 16.7 % in group II. Oral candidiasis was not encountered in all study participants. Conclusion: End-Stage Renal Disease patients are in an essential need for an awareness program to encourage maintenance of oral hygiene and other measures such as a balanced diet and proper hydration.

Studies were qualitatively synthesis in terms of design, quality, study population, outcomes, and result. Sub-group analysis and sensitivity tests were conducted to identify potential influences on the prevalence estimates. Quantitative results were pooled in a statistical meta-analysis using STATA ve...
