Email writing has become a crucial aspect of teaching and learning activities in EFL classes. It is the quickest means of communication for bulk messaging. The practice of post offices is almost obsolete. The postman used to deliver letters to people from one place to another place and the delay was common. Now, in the digital age, email writing has become the fastest means of communication for disseminating the messages to the recipients. Despite this, both the teachers and students do not take the email writing process as a crucial matter. This product makes the land fertile and promotes organic farming but it is not a fertilizer, just an enhancer. Organic farming has not been broadly promoted in Nepal though most people demand organic products. Organic product means organic food which enhances the human mind. Still, the farmers are using chemical fertilizers in their farms for commercial purposes, but the productive capacity of the soil has declined. The authority claims its mechanism is intact and highly alert to find convicts, but they appear to be walking out in the street freely. This indicates that the police mechanisms have been unable to control the crimes despite their high alerts. This article explores the fundamental causes of social crimes that are increasing alarmingly. The study shows that the fundamental cause of crime is the inherent weakness of a person who cannot control emotions of jealousy and anger. This children’s story is the story of haves-and-have-nots. The conflict between these two classes: the upper class and the working class is a non-stop process. There is a conflict between the witch and the children: the upper class and working class, feudalism and Marxism. Theoretically, feudal society is out of practice but it is still going on. This conflict is because of discrimination. The working-class people are suffering from the upper-class people’s domination and discrimination. They are popular cultural activities because of the beauty of artistic presentations with historical values. This bond symbolizes the harmonious relations of human beings. The network of dance masters, dancers, and audiences plays a vital role in performance. They are bound in such a way that they cannot get separated. Because of such cultural activities, man-to-man relations become strong in village life compared to urban life. After the dance masters begin to sing, the dancers begin dancing in full accordance with the words and tunes. As a result, audiences also perform the same indirectly. The performance audience is much more worth having than the performance of the two. In the performance, all the audiences get connected unknowingly. Both the supervisors and master's level students encounter several problems during the thesis writing process. Most students do not update the MLA and APA formats and other components of the thesis. Then some students purchase the readymade thesis from the market or hire ghostwriters. So, this study analyzes the problems the thesis supervisors and students face. Thesis writing has been challenging for students because of various contexts and issues. It intends to generate concrete suggestions to settle the thesis writing by investigating and identifying the genuine problems. The study seeks to examine the issues faced by the students and probable solutions. The current trend of thesis writing is not satisfactory. This paper aims to create a friendly environment between the supervisors and thesis writing students to simplify the process. It adopts the qualitative survey methods and document analysis to discuss the issues raised. This project focuses on why thesis writing has become the most challenging task. Who is responsible, the supervisors or the students? What are the ways of making thesis supervising and writing friendlier? This study aims to address these questions, bridge the gap between supervisors and students, and open the avenue for further research to bring out a result-oriented and less problematic thesis.

Academic writing is a technical writing. It differs from general writing. It is a coherent writing of good organization of words, phrases, sentences, paragraphs, ideas and issues, whereas general writing is just the record of something like the data of information. They cannot be put in the same bucket. In academic writing, ideas and details are well combined so that the readers will not be confused to get the intended information. The general writing does not follow all these requirements. Academic writing means the incorporation of organizing, drafting and revising. Chronological order of all the elements is what academic writing is.

This essay may help to have the additional insight of cultural flavor to the ELT background readers in depth. They seem to have little knowledge of this discipline as the literature background readers have very little knowledge of pedagogical skills. This project explores and analyzes the Gha͂ tu performance from Marxist point of view. There has been a use of common people in the Gha͂ tu performance. This is high class people who use the common people. The common people mean the lower middle class people. Generally, Gha͂ tu performers are not high class people. There is discrimination between high class and lower middle class in this tribal festival. Marxism does not entertain this discrimination. The participants are not from dominated groups. They have to do whatever the high class people ask them to do. Both the dance master and dancing girls are either from the middle class or lower middle class or working class. They work whatever the high class people design. This paper concerns the matter of unspeakability of the Gha͂ tu performers. The women and children are compelled to participate in the performance. A kind of readymade interest is generated in them by giving them some incentives. In the Gha͂ tu villages, mostly both the dance masters and dancing girls are female. On the basis of economic status, one group of people rules the other group. Man is not to be treated as the commodities. And the study discusses on why working class people are used. The paper concerns on "When will the trend of using one man by another man be ended?" Will it continue forever? This is what the focus of the study is. To establish the harmonious relation between man and man for the equal socioeconomic status is the major concern of this study.
