The peak age of onset is in the childbearing age-group i.e., 19-44 years. Females with RA face difficulties at the time of conception, during pregnancy, and in the lactation period. Certain drugs used for the management of RA have deleterious effects on pregnancy outcomes. Thus, it is increasingly becoming a topic of concern as well as discussion for healthcare providers and medical professionals to guide the affected females in planning for pregnancy, safer pharmacotherapies, and to overcome the phobia related with their disease effects.

The data has revealed that a higher proportion of females are chronically energy deficient than of males in the rural areas. The prevalence of chronic energy deficiency (CED) has been reported in both poor and non-poor households. The incidence of illiteracy and non-enrolment in schools have been found higher in the poor households, whereas the rate of completion of schooling has been observed comparatively high in the non-poor households. We adopt the emerging branch of linguistics, called cognitive analysis, and we also develop a semantic map in order to uncover the great ocean of metaphors in the poem. He is one of the few Middle-Eastern poets who write primarily in Spanish and English, leading the poetical new wave in Iran. One of the goals of the present study is to expose some of the implied meanings and ideological stances the poet adopted concerning the peace and also the linguistic choices he used to twist meanings and create environment for mystic thoughts. The present analysis disposes of different cognitive tools which, after being applied, show clearly how the poet aesthetically used different macro-structural and micro-structures devices to deliver his sincere call for the inner peace in the modern life.

Law and rules against the environmental issues play very important role in the protection of the all-natural establishment and thus ultimately protect the public health. The emergence of public interest litigation in India has provided an important tool for the enforcement of the fundamental right to environmental protection. This liberalization of the traditional rules ensures the access to justice to everyone by writ jurisdiction system and has empowered the citizens to seek enforcement of environmental rights. Most importantly Supreme Court has enhanced the dimensions of the environmental laws by interpreting provisions of the constitution. A remarkable judicial activism and innovations has been noticed in the Indian judiciary where the Supreme Court, has established the right to a clean environment as an integral part of the right to life by making...

In general bricks are made by top fertile agricultural soil but by using fly ash, 28 percent of top fertile agricultural soil is saved. Use of fly ash in brick making also is beneficial in diverse ways. As compared to conventional clay bricks fly ash bricks are stronger, more durable and yet more economical. Also, the process of fly ash brick manufacturing results in lesser pollution. As energy is the major constraint in wireless sensor network these nodes are mostly organized into clusters to save energy. In this paper a modified approach for Stability Election Protocol called K-SEP is proposed which aimed at improving the stability period by balancing the energy consumption of the nodes. The proposed protocol uses K-means algorithm for uniform clustering and select cluster heads based on current energy levels and distance. Also transmission from cluster members to cluster head is made probabilistic. Simulation result shows that proposed protocol have better stability period than SEP.

Aims and Objectives: To assess whether the new spiral design abdominal wall lift system has similar outcomes to standard pneumoperitoneum laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Materials and Methods: Sixty cases of symptomatic gallstone disease scheduled for laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly assigned to gasless spiral abdominal wall lift or to standard pressure pneumoperitoneum, followed by cholecystectomy. Post-operative abdominal and shoulder tip pain, duration and ease of surgery and surgical site complications were compared. Results: There was a significant difference in post-operative abdominal pain at 24 hours after surgery (P < 0.01). Shoulder tip pain was lower at 6 h (P < 0.01). The duration of surgery was comparable in both groups; the time taken decreased in the abdominal lift procedure with increasing experience. Conversion rate and surgical site complicati...
