The organization follows specified framework which constitutes of various elements in it. All the... more The organization follows specified framework which constitutes of various elements in it. All these elements are interdependent and have specific flow of authorities and responsibilities. Organizations are under constant pressure to create synergies in the resources under their control. There are various approaches to understand the nature of the organizations framework. This paper explores the various frameworks of organizations and attempts to find out the possibility of service innovation in each framework. It explains how ICT can be used to implement innovation inside and outside of the organizations. This paper also discuss about the various problems associated with innovation implementation in the organization and application of various ICT tools at appropriate places in the origination.
This research article explores the relationship between learning organizations and the competitiv... more This research article explores the relationship between learning organizations and the competitive advantage in the BPO sector. Reviewed literature that has been contextualized for the BPO industry indicates that learning organizations can be more competitive and adopting a digital strategy and leveraging human capital can be a game changer in the immediate future. Specific characteristics of a learning organization have been developed in a model to also depict the impact it can have on competitive advantage and employee retention. Their downstream impact on financial performance is analysed through the Resource based theory and is achieved from new revenue generating models and new ways of service delivery which can be a key differentiator in the digital innovation journey.

Traditional universities are more engaged into academics and research activities with less focus ... more Traditional universities are more engaged into academics and research activities with less focus on entrepreneurship development. We might find some of the universities have taken initiative for industrial tie ups and commercialization of in-house research outputs; but these efforts are not comprehensive to support full entrepreneurship development in traditional culture of university. Hence an attempt is made to understand and develop the criteria"s or guidelines for creating entrepreneurial universities. There could be many barriers for traditional universities at various levels (Barriers for university management, students, faculties and staff) to become entrepreneurial and lack of proper vision and mission. This paper explains possible entrepreneurial options, barriers need to handle, qualities need to develop, motivations to follow, case as a role model to understand, and the strategies to develop entrepreneurship in university system. A conceptual model is proposed by considering available researches. A practical application of this theoretical concept can be tasted in various country specific environments.

All these studies help us to understand the intricacies of various services products. There are many concepts and theories are proposed on how to make services more profitable to the organizations. The very important factor in services management is to create more value to the customer by fulfilling the customer expectations. Through this paper an attempt is made to find out the various research approaches provided to analyze the service process, the various steps involve in service creations, the service delivery system, the service quality aspects, the customer expectations, services as customer experiences, the challenges in services creations and innovation etc.

The aim of this research is to study the consumer buying behavior towards the electronic goods, the factors that influences a buyers decisions and realize the seller's perception towards the sale of electronic goods. This paper outlines the consumer behavior while buying an electronic product of television. It deliberates on the effects of promotional strategies adopted by of electronic manufacturers and product dealers on consumers. The study helps us to understand the important factors a consumer considers before buying the product and provides an interesting insights about the consumers towards the purchase of television. Furthermore the research gives us some interesting particulars about the dealers, customers handling and their perspective for television brands and products. The analysis of the research highlights the consumer and dealers elements and raises highlights various aspects of consumer behavior and promotional strategies of companies. The outcome of the paper is helpful to marketing professionals, manufacturers and dealers.

Most of these researches are to find out the effect of single variable and its relation with organizational innovation. There are few studies which are having more than one or two variable leading to innovations. This paper tries to find out the maximum number of factors influencing the innovations in the organization. Under this research various past studies are investigated to find out the most comprehensive theoretical model for innovation enhancement. The proposed model is flexible enough to accommodate or adjust the consideration of factors leading to innovation. An organization can adjust it according to its compatibility. Here under in this whole paper the term organization is referred for social enterprise.

The most popular methods are survey and interview method with the help of structured questionnaire, the experimental research based on participation and observation and case study method which is more analytical and observatory. All these three methods use different technique for data collation. The quality and quantity of the data collected through all these three methods is also different. The researcher can use any one of these methods for research on any topic. Here an attempt is made to analyze the different approaches used in each method to study the same topic. The central theme of all three selected research paper is on “Network in Entrepreneurship”. Having common theme and different methods of conducting the research is analyzed critically.
