If the weapon is utilized improperly, it may prove to be harmful. The generations may profit from effective policy interpretation and application. Strong economic and social development will be the outcome. The New National Education Policy (NEP 2020) has taken the place of the National Policy in Education from 1986. The National Education Policy is a comprehensive reform of education in India at all educational levels and stages. In a single policy document, reforms were undertaken in elementary, secondary, and higher education. It is a result of India's educational system evolving. The literature that is currently accessible on the subject is referenced; this study is based on secondary data. The purpose of this essay is to analyze the potential and problems that India's National Education Policy 2020 presents for higher education. Researchers, academics, and policy makers will benefit from this paper's insight into the NEP 2020 policy.

Foundational stage is defined according to NEP 2020 as the period from three to eight years of age. ECCE is the part of this stage. Early childhood care and education development encompasses nutrition, health, social, mental, moral, physical, emotional educational development and aesthetic needs (Age range for ECCE at the pre-primary level is three to six). According to the aims of the twenty-first century, NEP-2020 addresses a diversity of concerns relating to early childhood care and education. This paper used to be qualitative method. India's area of rural child care facilities is known as anganwadi. Children at ECCE take part in educational activities freely, joyfully, entertaining and amicably. Hence, fostering the child's overall growth.

She emphasized education for all as well as women education and empowerment. She opposed the traditional education system that means caste, gender and religion. She established the first school for girls in Brahmanical society. She also started another school, mahila seva mandal, rehabilitation centre and Satyashodhak Samaj for untouchable people. Objectives of this research paper were philosophy of education, feminist ideology, as a social reformer and contribution on education in 21st century of Savitribai Phule. The researcher used of documentary study method and collection of data used of two significant way primary and secondary sources. Her philosophy of education is relevant to the present context that is aims of educationuniversal education, gender equality, development of humanism, liberation of education. She is the mother of feminist in India. She breaks all rules and regulations in the patriarchal society. Her formation of night school, modern education and Mid Day Meal scheme is impact on today and struggles life inspire to us.
