Penelitian ini mengangkat fenomena keterbatasan ruang gerak perempuan yang terkait dengan relasi ... more Penelitian ini mengangkat fenomena keterbatasan ruang gerak perempuan yang terkait dengan relasi kuasa dan akrab ditemui dalam kehidupan keseharian perempuan. Hal ini tidak terkecuali bagi perempuan sebagai pelaku kesenian, dalam acara kesenian Jaipongan di Desa Sindanglaya, Kec. Tanjungsiang, Kab.Subang, Jawa Barat. Peneliti sebagai sutradara, ingin mengangkat fenomena tersebut kedalam sebuah film pendek. Melalui metode kualitatif dan pendekatan etnografi, penelitian ini mendeskripsikan lingkungan sosial, para pelaku dan peristiwa yang menunjukan bentuk pola budaya pada keterbatasan ruang gerak perempuan sebagai pelaku kesenian, baik dalam pementasan maupun dalam kehidupan sehari-hari mereka, untuk acuan perancangan film pendek yang berjudul Jalingkak. Hasil dari penelitian melalui pendekatan budaya ini dapat diterapkan untuk perancangan film pendek berjudul Jalingkak, sebagai penguatan dalam menentukan unsur naratif dan sinematik yang membawa cerita dari sutradara hingga sampai kepada penonton. Sutradara film bermaksud menyapa para penonton sebagai perempuan, terlepas apapun gender mereka yang sebenarnya, dengan mengidentifikasikan semua titik karakter, citra, kamera sebagai perempuan, agar keseluruhan penonton dapat ikut serta memberikan prespektif baru dalam ruang representasi.

The difficulties of burning this fuel can be traced to the inherent problems of operating the boiler outside of its designed operating limits. The operating parameters that are affected by coal characteristics are summarized below. These factors must be considered carefully when planning conversion of a power plant to burn Western coal: Excessive dusting of coal enroute to power plant. Reduced conveyor belt capacity (10-20%). Decreased pulverizer output (up to 35%). Loss of boiler efficiency due to increased moisture (up to 30%). Water side scale buildup due to decreased slagging. Increased fouling with high sodium coal. Larger dust handling system requirements within the boiler. Carbon carryover. Decreased electrostatic precipitators efficiency because of the decrease in sulfur trioxide concentrations in the flue gases. Even though the sco...

Implementation services health insurance for workers conducted by BPJS-Health still has many obst... more Implementation services health insurance for workers conducted by BPJS-Health still has many obstacles encountered in the service of optimal health. It is ranging from the constraints of participation, health facilities, and the limited health workforce. The result is not optimal its services provided to the participants. The details of the Presidential Regulation Number 111 of 2013, section 25 of the service are not guaranteed BPJS-Health is that the treatment carried out outside the country was not given guarantees of BPJS-Health. This is very difficult for citizens and workforce Indonesia who work abroad to get the service, while the differences in contributions paid by the government and paid by community groups of workers not wage earners who choose a class III is not in accordance with the theory of equality before the law. Healthcare model that is used by the Social Security Agency to protect the right to health workers is Health System Model.
