For this reason, it is critical to test and validate European projects results before implementing them in real scenarios. In this paper, a general validation methodology addressed to the assessment of technological results has been defined. This general methodology offers the foundations to define specific validation methodologies to validate particular results of different Research Projects. As an example, the general methodology has been applied to define a specific one for the validation of an Optimiser developed within the European Research Project: Cloud Collaborative Manufacturing Networks (C2NET) to guarantee the proper operation of the research results and facilitate their later real implementation and exploitation.

For example, PBL has demonstrated that it increases students' motivation, develops their autonomy and capacity for selfcriticism, reinforces the ability to exchange ideas and collaborate, and promotes creativity, among other advantages. Due to these benefits, several educational institutions are introducing the PBL methodology in their teaching-learning processes. The implementation phase of this type of methodology should be planned, managed, and carried out carefully, considering several aspects. One of utmost importance is collecting and registering all the critical information related to the contents, materials and activities of the subjects participating in the collaborative project through the PBL methodology. In this sense, the objective of this paper is to propose the definition of a coordinated PBL Teaching Guide that includes all this relevant information; containing, mainly: (i) PBL Project description; (ii) recommended previous knowledge; (iii) learning objectives and outcomes; (iv) PBL model milestones; (v) PBL model planning; (vi) evaluation; and (vii) bibliography. Furthermore, this proposal will define the formal guidelines for students and lecturers to define and frame all the related aspects to carry out the proposed PBL model. The definition of the PBL Teaching Guide will be based on a case study that involves the following two subjects from the Computer Engineering Degree that are taught at the Escola Politècnica Superior d'Alcoi (EPSA)-Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV): "Programming" and "Data Structures and Algorithms". This proposal has been developed in the context of an innovation and educational improvement project applied in the EPSA during the last two years, covering five degrees, 55 subjects, and more than 10 different PBL models.

For this reason, the new generation of students of degrees such as Business Administration and Management should know in depth the different types of banking entities, the main asset and liability operations of banking entities and the existing risk, as well as the main challenges of the banking sector for the following years. In the same way, a profound comprehension about the stock market and the simulation models to analyse different financial situations are aspects highly valued by companies. Based on this, learning requirements arise to seek active methodologies that allow students to acquire the knowledge and key competencies that companies currently require. Among these methodologies, we would like to highlight the Project-based Learning (PBL) through which the teaching-learning process is carried out through the development of a project that tries to give an answer to a real problem. Through PBL, students develop a high degree of autonomy and responsibility, since they are responsible for planning, structuring the work and preparing the project to solve a specific problem or situation. The lecturers' work in this methodology is to guide and support students throughout all the process of project development. Therefore, this article defines a PBL model to satisfy the current needs of the market in terms of financials advice. The PBL model involves two subjects: (i) Banking and Stock Market and (ii) Advanced financial simulation techniques taught in the Degree of Business Administration and Management in the
