This research has been carried out by using multiple linear regressions analysis model. It has been found from the result of the analysis that audit experience has positive and significant influence to the audit judgment. Obedience pressure has negative and significant influence to the audit judgment. Tasks complexity has positive and significant influence to the audit judgment. The skepticism of professional auditor has positive and significant influence to the audit judgment. The locus of control has negative and insignificant influence to the audit judgment.

This study aims to assess the behaviour of earnings management from an Islamic perspective. The f... more This study aims to assess the behaviour of earnings management from an Islamic perspective. The form of this research is descriptive qualitative research using Islamic paradigm to make ethical judgments of earnings management actions. The analytical method used in this study is divided into two, namely descriptive and content analysis. This study concludes that basically the existing earnings management in conventional accounting is not in accordance with Islamic values. Earnings management is an act of dhazalim, contrary to the value of honesty (siddiq), contrary to itsar value, and contrary to kosher (halal thayyiban). This study also concluded that managers can create good performance with expected profit pattern based on professionalism value in accordance with Islamic shariah (akhlakul karimah) in order to be in accordance with Islamic sharia principles.

Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explain the influence of perceptions of profit sharing, Islamic financial literacy, and the quality of e-banking services on customer interest in using BSI services, with religiosity as a moderating variable. The data in this study used primary data collected by a questionnaire that was distributed to 400 BSI customer respondents determined by the Slovin formula. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling. The analysis technique in this study uses moderating regression analysis (MRA) with the help of SPSS 25. Tujuan dari dilaksanakannya pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan teknologi produksi dan kesehatan lingkungan kerja dari mitra. Hal ini dilandasi dari permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra yakni terkait teknologi produksi dalam hal pengairan irigasi yang belum optimal serta belum adanya fasilitas kebersihan yang dapat memberikan kesadaran kebersihan lingkungan kerja kepada para petani. Terdapat dua solusi yang dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra yakni pemberian fasilitas mesin irigasi dan pemberian tempat sampah pintar beserta dengan pelatihannya. Kelompok tani Sumber Kembang terletak di Desa Durjo Kecamatan Sukorambi Kabupaten Jember Provinsi Jawa Timur. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan untuk membantu menyelesaikan masalah yaitu kompetensi dan kemampuan wirausaha dari wanita tani pada kelompok tani Sumber Kembang masih sangat terbatas, hasil panen kopi yang dihasilkan saat ini masih hanya sebatas digunakan untuk menghasilkan kopi dan belum ada produk olahan lainnya, serta lingkungan kerja kelompok tani kopi yang kurang sehat dan bersih. This research was conducted for approximately eight months. This was research qualitative research. The data used in this study were primary and secondary data obtained from interviews, field observations, data analysis, and documentation of supporting data for the TEFA Tax Center business process. This research resulted in creating a website-based information system design to be used in the TEFA Tax Center pilot. This website was made based on the data collected during the research process. This TEFA Tax Center website design can provide an overview of the information related to the TEFA Tax Center pilot so that the general public can find out the existence and types of services provided by the TEFA Tax Center pilot.

The purpose of this community service activity is to provide knowledge about family financial man... more The purpose of this community service activity is to provide knowledge about family financial management during the Covid-19 pandemic to create effectiveness and efficiency of family finances. This service activity will be carried out for women in RT 02 and RT 04 RW 10 Sumorame Village, Candi Sidoarjo District, East Java. In general, the implementation of this PkM activity has been running and has been well received. The results of this PkM implementation show that PkM participants gain additional understanding of family financial management during the pandemic, this is based on the evidence value from practice questions which shows that the average level of understanding of the material from family finance training participants is 53%.. Several suggestions were put forward based on the results of the implementation of the service program, namely the need for adjustments to the schedule and method of implementing the service program when it was carried out during the COVID-19 pandemic or times with a high level of uncertainty, a good level of coordination between implementing members is needed to achieve the program. , and the need for innovation in material delivery so that the audience does not feel bored and is more enthusiastic to increase knowledge. This activity is expected to produce several important outcomes such as 1 family financial management module, 1 devotional journal article, 1 mass media article, and 1 program implementation video.

Therefore, this school operational assistance fund budget must be followed with optimal results. This paper aims to provide empirical evidence regarding the impact of the realization of BOS funds on the quality of education and HDI in Indonesia. This research was conducted in 33 provinces in Indonesia for the 2018-2019 period. The data in this study were obtained from data published by the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance and the Central Bureau of Statistics. Further research data were analyzed using path analysis through the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 22.0 program. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah di Jember, Indonesia yaitu kelompok tani kopi Sumber Kembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif komparatif yang didasarkan pada perhitungan nilai produktivitas, keuntungan, dan tingkat efisiensi biaya untuk menjawab pertanyaan penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kopi arabika merupakan tanaman kopi yang membutuhkan biaya yang lebih tinggi untuk dapat menghasilkan suatu produk jika dibandingkan dengan kopi robusta. Namun, tanaman kopi arabika merupakan tanaman yang lebih menguntungkan dibandingkan dengan kopi robusta. Hal ini dikarenakan tingkat harga jual yang jauh lebih tinggi dari kopi Robusta. Dengan demikian, nilai ekonomi kopi arabika dapat disimpulkan lebih tinggi dari kopi robusta.

Therefore, this study was conducted to explain the consumers assessment of the quality of Casim Coffe products, so that they can be used as a basis for product development. This study used the descriptive method, Fishbein, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), and the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The satisfaction index level in Casim Coffee products are 86%, so this result concludes that the customer has felt very satisfied with Casim Coffee products. The Casim Coffes smell, taste, price, expired date, packaging, availability, color, and viscosity were in line with customer expectations. The quality of packaging attributes of Casim Coffee, although not in the spotlight of the customers, can exceed the expectations of customers, but Casim Coffee in the packaging attribute does need to be improved because it gets the lowest rating compared to the other seven attributes

Pengaruh Penggunaan Turbulator Pada Intake Manifold Terhadap Emisi Gas Buang Mesin Bensin Injeksi. Skripsi, Jurusan Teknik Mesin, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Negeri Malang. Pembimbing: (I) Drs. H. Sumarli, M.Pd., M.T, (II) Drs. Partono, M.Pd. Kata Kunci: Turbulator, Homogenitas, Emisi Gas Buang. Pertumbuhan kendaraan menyebabkan kepadatan pada perkotaan yang menimbulkan dampak negatif terhadap kualitas udara. Menurunnya kualitas udara yang terjadi tersebut akibat banyaknya kendaraan yang memiliki emisi gas buang yang tidak baik, sehingga banyaknya gas HC, CO, CO2, dan NOx yang dikeluarkan oleh kendaraan bermotor akibat pembakaran yang tidak sempurna pada mesin. Pembakaran yang sempurna berlangsung bila terjadi campuran yang homogen antara udara dan bahan bakar. Cara untuk meningkatkan homogenitas udara dan bahan bakar salah satunya dengan mengubah aliran udara yang masuk ke ruang bakar menjadi aliran turbulen, aliran udara turbulen dapat diperoleh salah satunya dengan menambahkan alat yang bernama turbulator pada intake manifold. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari variasi besar sudut bilah pada turbulator yang digunakan terhadap emisi gas buang HC dan CO pada mesin bensin yang sudah menerapkan sistem injeksi bahan bakar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental semu dengan menggunakan sepeda motor Yamaha Vixion tahun 2012 sebagai objek penelitian. Pengujian sendiri dilakukan pada putaran mesin 1000 rpm hingga 5000 rpm dengan kenaikan 500 rpm, dan menggunakan gas analyzer sebagai alat untuk membaca jumlah emisi gas buang yang dikeluarkan. Teknik yang digunakan untuk melakukan analisis data adalah One Way ANOVA dengan bantuan softwere. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan nilai gas buang HC pada putaran mesin paling rendah pada perlakuan standar 222,67 ppm, sedangkan pada penggunaan turbulator sudut bilah 15o sebesar 206,33 ppm, sudut bilah 30o sebesar 199,33 ppm, sudut bilah 45o sebesar 212 ppm, dan sudut bilah 60o sebesar 231 ppm. Sedangkan nilai gas buang CO pada putaran mesin paling rendah pada perlakuan standar 2,70 %, sedangkan pada penggunaan turbulator sudut bilah 15o sebesar 2,48 %, sudut bilah 30o sebesar 2,41 %, sudut bilah 45o sebesar 2,56 %, dan sudut bilah 60o sebesar 2,78 %. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan: 1) Terdapat pengaruh pada penggunaan variasi sudut bilah turbulator terhadap emisi gas buang HC, dimana pada penggunaan turbulator sudut bilah 30o memiliki pengaruh paling baik dengan selisih nilai gas buang HC sebesar 23,34 ppm. 2) Terdapat pengaruh pada penggunaan variasi sudut bilah turbulator terhadap emisi gas buang CO, dimana pada penggunaan turbulator sudut bilah 30o memiliki pengaruh paling baik dengan selisih nilai gas buang CO sebesar 0,29 %. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian, disarankan untuk penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai pengaruh yang dihasilkan pada konsumsi bahan bakar maupun daya yang dihasilkan dan juga kekuatan dari turbulator tersebut, sehingga alat ini nantinya memiliki nilai ekonomis yang dapat digunakan oleh masyarakat secara luas
