In society, there is still a lot of skepticism and stigma about whether boys can be perpetrators or victims of sexual harassment. The purpose of this study was to explore the occurrence of sexual violence towards boys, such as the dynamics of the perpetrators and victims, the motivation of the perpetrators to commit sexual violence, and the impact of sexual violence on victims. This study used a descriptive qualitative method, with 17 subjects aged 0–18. The data collection used a study of documents collected from trial facts in the Directory of Supreme Court Decisions. The data were analyzed by the N-Vivo application for data processing, management, ideas, queries, visualization, and reporting. This study found that imitation was the main trigger for perpetrators to commit sexual harassment. This study aims to determine the organizational culture in the National Library of Indonesia (NLI) based on several aspects including clan (human resource management), adhocracy (innovation organization), market (adaptation and strategic organization), and hierarchy (coordination and organizational structure). Research Methods. This study used a quantitative approach of Competing Values ​​Framework (CVF) developed by Cameron & Quinn (2011) to obtain data scores and the average of each aspect of organizational culture. Data Analysis. Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI) is an organizational culture assessment instrument by using statements/questions relating to the six subsystems, namely organizational culture dominant characters, leadership, human resource management, internal solidarity, strategic management and organizational success criteria. NVivo applacation had been used in this research. This study revealed that universities have not shown governance with integrity. The colleges have not established the values of integrity as key content at the core of their business and the business processes of a university, namely education, research, society services, human resource management, budgeting, cooperation, infrastructure, and leadership. Furthermore, corruption practices in university governance have been widespread. It also describes the ability of the National Library of Indonesia organization in the context of Hybrid Library Governance (HLG). The article, through a qualitative descriptive approach, reveals the dimensions of the organization and shows the Indonesian National Library has formalised a support system in which there are several regulations that support the governance of the library. Moreover, within the dimensions of the process, national libraries have a budget, human resources, and technologies that support their performance. However, the library has not been able to maximize support in the process dimension as a strength of the organization. Therefore, the organization of the National Library of Indonesia, in working toward HLG, needs to strengthen its institutional organization in both its organization dimension and process.

This study seeks to validate a search protocol of ill health-related terms using Twitter data whi... more This study seeks to validate a search protocol of ill health-related terms using Twitter data which can later be used to understand if, and how, Twitter can reveal information on the current health situation. We extracted conversations related to health and disease postings on Twitter using a set of pre-defined keywords, assessed the prevalence, frequency, and timing of such content in these conversations, and validated how this search protocol was able to detect relevant disease tweets. Classification and Regression Trees (CART) algorithm was used to train and test search protocols of disease and health hits comparing to those identified by our team. The accuracy of predictions showed a good validity with AUC beyond 0.8. Our study shows that monitoring of public sentiment on Twitter can be used as a real-time proxy for health events.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh sistem reward yang sudah disusun di PT.... more Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh sistem reward yang sudah disusun di PT.SVU terhadap work engagement dengan keadilan prosedural sebagai variabel kontrol. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah One Group Pretest-Posttest Design, di mana kelompok eksperimen diukur variabel tergantungnya (pretest) kemudian dilakukan perlakuan dan dilakukan pengukuran kembali variabel tergantung tersebut (posttest). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Analisis Covarian (Ancova), teknik analisis Ancova dirancang untuk mengontrol covariate ketika kelompok secara acak, tetapi tidak untuk mengontrol perbedaan kelompok yang terjadi secara alami. Hasil penelitian didapatkan hasil bahwa Keadilan Prosedural berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Work Engagement (F=11,300; p=0,000), sehingga dari hasil ini didapatkan bahwa kelompok berpengaruh terhadap Work Engagement (F=5,369; p=0,000).
