Kurangnya pengetahuan ibu tentang pola asuh pada anak yang dipraktikkan dalam pemberian makanan, ... more Kurangnya pengetahuan ibu tentang pola asuh pada anak yang dipraktikkan dalam pemberian makanan, pemeliharaan kesehatan, pemberian stimulasi serta dukungan emosioanl yang dibutuhkan anak. Untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap ibu tentang pola asuh yang baik kepada anaknya maka salah satu model pembelajaran yang cukup efektif yaitu model pembelajaran berbasis masalah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran berbasis masalah terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap ibu hamil tentang pola asuh pada bayi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Rengasdengklok Kab. Karawang. Metoda penelitian yang digunakan Quasi eksperimen, sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data primer. Sampelnya adalah Sebagian ibu hamil yang dipilih sesuai kriteria inklusi, jumlah sampel 31 responden. Imunisasi bertujuan untuk membentuk zat anti untuk mencegah terjangkitnya penyakit yang dapat dic... more Imunisasi bertujuan untuk membentuk zat anti untuk mencegah terjangkitnya penyakit yang dapat dicegah dengan imunisasi diantaranya adalah polio, campak, hepatitis B, tetanus, pertusis, difteri, pneumonia dan meningitis. WHO menyebutkan bahwa 27 juta anak balita dan 40 juta ibu hamil di seluruh dunia masih belum mendapatkan layanan imunisasi rutin. Pada tahun 2015, terdapat 19,4 juta bayi di seluruh dunia yang tidak mendapatkan layanan imunisasi rutin dan lengkap, lebih dari setengah jumlah bayi tersebut hidup di 10 negara, salah satunya Indonesia. Akibatnya, penyakit yang dapat dicegah oleh vaksin ini diperkirakan menyebabkan lebih dari dua juta kematian tiap tahun. In fact, although the proportion of pregnant women who check their pregnancies to health workers in early pregnancy is quite high (81.6%), not all of them take part in examinations according to ANC service standards up to 4 times. This study aims to analyze the relationship between husband support and pregnancy check behavior. This type of research was cross-sectional, with respondents being maternity in the Rawamerta Health Center, Karawang Regency, consisting of 41 respondents selected by purposive sampling technique. Chi-square test was used in the data analysis. The analysis showed that there was no relationship between husband's support and pregnancy check up, so it is necessary to do further family-based research. Kondisi ini berdampak pada usia reproduksi yang memanjang, komplikasi persalinan yang semakin rentan serta konflik rumah tangga akibat ketidak matangan psikologis. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh teman sebaya, lingkungan keluarga dan budaya terhadap persepsi remaja tentang pernikahan dibawah umur dengan menggunakan desain potong lintang. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh remaja putri yang tercatat sebagai siswa di SMPN 1 Jayakerta kelas 8 dan kelas 9 pada tahun 2017 yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi, meliputi 317 siswi. Setelah dihitung menggunakan rumus uji 2 proporsi diperoleh jumlah sampel minimal sebesar 92 responden. Sampel dipilih secara stratified random sampling.
