پیوند تاریخ با «اکنون» در نظریات مختلف به ویژه در دوران اخیر مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. بر این اسا... more پیوند تاریخ با «اکنون» در نظریات مختلف به ویژه در دوران اخیر مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. بر این اساس همان قدر که گذشته بر حال موثر است، از تأثیر اکنون در فهم ما از گذشته نیز می‌توان سخن به میان آورد. در تاریخ مخصوصا از منظر فرودستان و ستمدیدگان، وضعیت اکنون موقعیتی خاص و استثنایی نیست چرا که تداوم رنج این اقشار به شکل یک قانون در طول تاریخ استمرار و تداوم یافته است. «والتر بنیامین» در آثار خود به ویژه در تزهایی درباره تاریخ، به تداوم وضعیت تاریخی رنج‌کشیدگان اشاره نموده و ضمن تأکید بر ملموس‌ترین و عینی‌ترین ابعاد رنج ستمدیدگان تاریخ، به امکان رهایی از وضعیت موجود بر اساس ظهور لحظه‌ای موعودگرایانه و مسیحایی می‌اندیشد. این وجه از اندیشه بنیامین، به انحاء مختلف آشکار و پنهان در رویکردهای متأخر از قبیل تاریخ فرودستان، مطالعات پسااستعماری و نیز تاریخ بدیل و جایگزین برجسته شده و منشأ تأملات نوینی در رویکرد به تاریخ گردیده است. یکی از بارزترین وجوه نگاه نقادانه بنیامین، نقد ایده پیشرفت در تاریخ است که از دیدگاه وی برآمده از فلسفه فاتحان تاریخ است؛ این در حالی است که اوضاع شکست‌خوردگان تاریخ ...

This paper will examine regionalism and anti-regionalism trends in the Middle East after the Arab... more This paper will examine regionalism and anti-regionalism trends in the Middle East after the Arab uprisings. The implementation of Trump policies in the region, the rise and fall of ISIS, the decline of the Arab uprisings, the convergence and divergence trends in the Middle East, especially among its three major actors Iran, Saudi Arabia and Turkey, have caused particular complexities. All this, has made it impossible to speak of the regional order in the Middle East, and the two processes of regionalism and antiregionalism in the region are simultaneously emerging. The paper will explore these opposing trends in terms of recent developments and will essentially emphasize how these two opposite processes will reproduce each other in terms joint and divided security concerns? And why regionalism has not ever been fully evolved in the Middle East? It seems that the multiplicity of influential factors and the complexity of the existing relations have made very difficult the possibility...

Conservatives are often interested in maintaining what they see as desirable and of course, their resistance to changes deemed necessary by social and historical conditions that have made them prone to titles such as reactionary. The book “Reactionary Mind” has formed and studied the dimensions of this idea especially in Western Europe and the United States with the main claim that the idea of conservatism has always been based on dealing with the revolutionary currents, especially from the left tradition. Although the book is composed of material that has been published separately in different places in the past, it still tries to discuss a common trajectory beyond the study of various historical and political issues.
