This aiming to develop a consciousness within the people about their existential state being promulgated by writing, the modus operandi of the movement, is what this paper adopts as a tool to further assess the reflection of the socio-political discourse on progressive thought, on to television in Pakistan. The advent and position of progressive thought served as the very foundation of PTV drama content during its initial years of 1967-1977. Being the only television channel and owned by the state, its acceptance and that of progressive content found place in society naturally. Due to no private interests playing a role and more creative space provided by the democratic government of the 1970s, the initial decade came to be known a...

The modern era of the Internet of things (IoT) has brought significant development in vehicular ad hoc networks (VANETs) which transformed the conventional VANET into the Internet of Vehicle (IoV) to improve road safety and diminished road congestion. However, security threats are increasing due to dependency on infrastructure, computing, dynamic nature, and control technologies of VANET. The security threats of VANETs could be addressed comprehensively by increasing trustworthiness on the message received and transmitting node. Conversely, the presence of dishonest vehicles, for instance, Man in the Middle (MiTM) attackers, in the network sharing malicious content could be posed as a severe threat to VANET. Thus, increasing trustworthiness among nodes can lead to increased authenticity, privacy, accur...

The main purposes of the study are to investigate the absorption and desorption processes and to establish a basis for comparison for the study of electrical conduction processes in polyimide-teflon layered films, for the first time, to be dealt with in another paper. The influence of electric field strength, temperature and electrode materials on currents are studied. The experimental results indicate that the currents decay with the time at the electric field and temperatures studied. The currents are substantially identical with both aluminum and silver electrodes. Application of various theories shows that the mechanism for absorption currents in un-layered polyimide for the temperature range 50-120 ºC is dipolar; at higher temperatures generation of charge carriers within the volume occurs by ionic processes.

Study reveals that in Tharparkar farming is of three types: rainfed agriculture (crops), livestock and use of rangeland (no-crops). Situation of rain-fed agriculture is very bad because of fluctuation in amount of rainfall year to year. Livestock is sustainable source of income generation and use of rangeland is also beneficial. Following techniques needs for its improvement: forecast of rain, quality of seed, methods of cultivation, financial support, market, electricity, export program, storage facilities, NGOs support, water facilities, awareness of education, roads, gas, cultivation of Kandi plant, and other indigenous and exotic plants, village organization, time to time research, reform of a farmland, rearing of livestock of better quality, and conservation of rangeland. The study concludes that livestock will be first level sustainable source of income; rangeland second and farmland third if suggested techniques are applied.
