The current provision of fiduciary guarantees is generally given to movable objects, especially motorized vehicles. Fiduciary guarantees themselves occur based on financing agreements between debtors and creditors with legal relationships based on fiduciary guarantee laws and consumer protection laws. Fiduciary creditor is a privileged creditor based on fiduciary guarantee law so that when the debtor fails to promise the creditor can immediately execute the debtor's guarantee without waiting for a court decision. This is based on the ordinance on the fiduciary deed which is equated with a court ruling like what is stipulated in the fiduciary guarantee law. The research method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The results showed that the performance of the Mamasa village apparatus was good but still needed to be improved in providing services to the community. In addition, the community expects the quality of public services to increase in the form of services that are fast, easy, fair, with legal certainty, transparent, safe, precise, free of charge, and accountable. In terms of the identity card service, the community wants a truly quality service.

In this research, an experiment was done to study life and wear of carbide cutting tool used in turning process of an alloy steel of ASSAB 760. Cutting speed was varied with other cutting variables (federate and depth of cut) was set fixed. Graphical method was used in the analysis to determine n exponential (n=0.378) and a constant of Taylor Tool Life (CT=379). An equation of Taylor Tool Life was obtained as VT0,378=379, which give A value of tool life of 140.33 minutes at low cutting speed and 14.756 minutes at high cutting speed. Samples of this study were 20 banking company. The method of analysis used in this research is regression analysis of data panel with Random Effect Model method. The result of this research show that profitability and capital structure partially have significant effect on firm value of banking company, while liquidity have no significant effect on firm value of banking company.

This system development used the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method which refers to 4 phases. Those were initiation and business feasibility, requirements definitions, functional design, and verification. This study uses regression analysis to determine whether corporate governance has a positive influence. Sampling of Corporate Governance Perception Index (CGPI) for 2006 to 2009 from The Indonesian Institute for Corporate Governance (IICG) was used to measure the influence of corporate governance with Tobin’s Q on the performance of the enterprise market and Return On Equity (ROE) was used to measure the operational performance of the company. Sedangkan manfaatnya adalah terciptanya solusi untuk mengatasi masalah integritas referensial yang berkaitan dengan model generalisasi/spesialisasi. Metodologi penelitian ini adalah studi literatur, dan analisis masalah serta opsi-opsi pemecahan masalahnya dan merancang alat bantu. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah alat bantu yang dapat menyelesaikan masalah generalisasi/spesialisasi yang menggunakan opsi 3 (Mandatory disjoint) dan 4 (Optional Disjoint) sebagai solusi. The process involves formation of double-membrane vesicles called autophagosomes and delivery of the inner constituents to lytic compartments. It can also target invading pathogens, such as intracellular bacteria, for destruction and is thus implicated in innate immune pathways [1]. In response, certain mammalian pathogens deliver effector proteins into host cells that inhibit autophagy and contribute to enabling parasitic infection [2]. Pyhtophthora infestans, the Irish potato famine pathogen, is a causative agent of late blight disease in potato and tomato crops. It delivers a plethora of modular effector proteins into plant cells to promote infection.
