Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh literasi keuangan, locus of control dan sikap keu... more Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh literasi keuangan, locus of control dan sikap keuangan terhadap perilaku manajemen keuangan dengan pendapatan sebagai moderating. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan, locus of control dan sikap keuangan terhadap perilaku manajemen keuangan dengan pendapatan sebagai moderating yang memiliki karakteristik Generasi Milenial. Kriteria sampel yang diambil pada penelitian ini merupakan para Generasi Milenial atau generasi dengan kelahiran tahun 1980-1995 atau usia berkisar 27-42 tahun sebanyak 160 responden. Teknik analisis penelitian ini menggunakan SmartPLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hubungan literasi keuangan, locus of control, sikap keuangan dan pendapatan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku manajemen keuangan. Sedangkan literasi keuangan, locus of control dan sikap keuangan ketika dimoderasi oleh pendapatan memiliki hasil tidak berpengaruh terhadap perilaku manajemen keuangan.

Salah satunya pelaksanaan pengadaan barang/jasa pemerintah secara elektronik (e-procurement) di Biro Administrasi Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Setda Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Metode penelitian kualitatif yang digunakan untuk menghasilkan fenomenologi dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian penerapan good governance pada pelaksanaan pengadaan barang/jasa secara elektronik (e-procurement) di lingkungan Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Tengah tergolong transparan, akuntabilitas, bersaing, terbuka, efektif dan efisien. Selain itu terdapat faktor yang bisa menghambat pelaksanaan pengadaan antara lain adanya gangguan server / maintanance sistem, padatnya intensitas penggunaan sistem dan indikasi peretasan, kurangnya komputer, terbatasnya anggaran dan potensi intervensi dari pihak lain. Penelitian ini tidak terlepas adanya kesalahan dan kekurangan, dikarenakan keterbatasan waktu informan dalam wawancara dan keterbatasan tempat penelitian guna pengambilan sampel. Penelitian ini memiliki kebaruan dari variabel intervening psychological meaning dan objek penelitian pada Ditpamobvit Polda Jateng. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis peran psychological meaning dan dukungan organisasi sebagai pemediasi pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja anggota Ditpamobvit Polda Jateng. Penelitian ini menggunakan 76 orang anggota Ditpamobvit Polda Jateng. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode analisis regresi berganda, uji Sobel, dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa psychological meaning berperan dalam memediasi pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, sedangkan dukungan organisasi tidak memediasi pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja anggota Ditpamobvit Polda Jateng. One of the indicators of achieving SDGs Village 5 is the availability of space and opportunities for women to be involved in village development planning and implementation, such as the Kelompok Wanita Tani Karya Bersemi in Rejosari Village, Karangawen District, Demak Regency. The second provides training on processing agricultural products into ready-to-eat food. Third, preparations by applying Gas Oven technology. Fourth, introduce marketing through Instagram and Whatsapp social media to increase sales results. Fifth, assist in making simple bookkeeping and counseling to separate family finances and business results. The continuity of this entire series of activities is expected to help improve the family economy.

The Village Fund (VF) is a programme initiated by the Indonesian government, aiming to fund activ... more The Village Fund (VF) is a programme initiated by the Indonesian government, aiming to fund activities that contribute toward achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in villages. Additionally, the Village Agenda-the 18th SDG-is a government initiative that employs local wisdom to implement the SDGs. This study aims to provide a detailed understanding of the VF and its implementation strategies to achieve the SDGs based on local wisdom. We began our work by compiling a literature review from the Scopus database, using a unique combination of a systematic literature review (SLR) and the PRISMA protocol. This process yielded 168 documents, published between 2014 and 2023, from the initial search and screening results. After further refining to ensure relevance, we were left with 151 articles that were analysed using the bibliometric method with VOSviewer, identifying nine clusters of research related to VF. The next step involved a content study of 115 documents, obtained from screening manuscripts using the keywords 'VF', 'sustainability', and 'Indonesia', to explore the characteristics of VF publications in the context of SDG implementation. To suggest strategies for how VF programmes can support SDGs in villages, we utilized a supplyside approach as well as a demand-side approach. Each approach has its advantages and disadvantages, depending on the economic conditions and socio-political environment. The results of this study will provide policymakers with insights into the critical factors influencing the effectiveness of VF distribution for achieving the SDGs.

The Covid-19 pandemic is a milestone for the Gerakan Nasional Non-Tunai (GNNT) in Indonesia. This... more The Covid-19 pandemic is a milestone for the Gerakan Nasional Non-Tunai (GNNT) in Indonesia. This GNNT socialization activity to Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) aimed to support the Indonesia Payment System Blueprint (BSPI) 2025. MSMEs are the largest business (98.67%) which contributes 60.34% to Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in Indonesia. The socialization, MSME actors can make transactions with the electronic leisure payment system. Electronic payments as a result of buying and selling transactions electronically through the internet (e-commerce). The method of implementing this activity is to conduct socialization and Forum Group Discussions (FGD) face-to-face under health protocol standards during the Covid-19 pandemic. In addition to socialization, e.g. of the application of using electronic money through smartphones was also given. The enthusiasm of the participants was shown during the discussion session. They feel that they understand more about the benefits of the electronic payment system in the GNNT policy and will apply it to their productive economic business activities. After receiving the socialization, we have recorded that three of the eight microbusiness actors participating in the socialization applied the non-cash transactions. Warung Kamu had applied the payment using the Quick Response Code Indonesia Standard (QRIS). The Olahan Bandeng and Ida Collection market their products through the Kopimi E-Gerai.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran kepuasan kerja dalam memediasi pengaruh karakteri... more Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran kepuasan kerja dalam memediasi pengaruh karakteristik individu, beban kerja, dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Pengadilan Tinggi Semarang. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis explanatory research. Jenis data yang digunakan ialah data primer dari kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada seluruh pegawai Pengadilan Tinggi Semarang sebanyak 128 orang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) dengan pendekatan WarpPLS. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan metode resampling Bootstrap yang dikembangkan oleh Geisser & Stone, sedangkan statistik ujinya ialah statistic t atau uji t. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berhasil menjadi mediasi antara karakteristik individu, beban kerja, dan stress kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Pengadilan Tinggi Semarang.

Online loans have become attached a negative stigma; on the other hand, online credit platforms are very much needed by the community. Through the Financial Services Authority, the government uses this momentum to carry out digital financial literacy regarding online credit. In line with the government's goals, the purpose of Community Service activities from the Master of Law Study Program Universitas Semarang (USM) is to increase understanding, insight, and financial knowledge about Fintech P2P Lending to MSME Groups in Sendangmulyo Village, Semarang City. The material provided includes the development of Fintech P2P Lending in Indonesia. Second, explain the benefits and risks and how to choose an online loan platform registered and licensed at the OJK. Third, explain the consequences and legal protection for ordinary people so they do not worry when facing legal problems with illegal online credit companies. Fourth is the existence of an Investment Alert Task Force (SWI), which was formed to prevent and handle alleged unlawful acts by illegal online loan companies. This activity hopes that the community and MSME actors can choose a legal online credit platform and avoid the entanglement of illegal online credit.

This study aims to find out what determinants have the most influence in improving bank operation... more This study aims to find out what determinants have the most influence in improving bank operational performance, including profit efficiency policies or debt securities issuance. Profit efficiency policy is proxied by net interest margin, which describes the input and output of the bank's production activities as an intermediary institution. Profit efficiency contributes more influence than issuing debt securities. The issuance of bonds is a proxy for bank policy in issuing debt securities. Researchers investigated some views stating that issuing debt is risky since it will negatively affect bank operational performance. This research differs from previous studies in that it used a non-linear test to find the optimal value indicating that additional debt securities issuance can improve bank operational performance. Based on ownership, the samples were separated into two categories, government-owned banks and private banks. The policy of issuing debt securities to private banks shows an inverted U-shape, whereas government-owned banks are U-shaped. This research uses a perceptual map to visualize the implementation of profit efficiency policies and of debt securities issuance in sample banks. This diagram technique will contribute to our understanding of how to implement managerial policies for profit efficiency and issuance debt securities in banks.

This study will also examine how much the variable issuance of corporate bonds as a source of long-term debt funding for refinancing needs affects bank performance. Contingency framework is based on the integration of financial inter-mediation theory, pecking order theory and trade-off theory used in this study. The author tries to test the argument on banks that issue bonds and have the majority of shareholding as a sampler of more than 5% in the period between 2011 and 2018. Based on this research which is predictive and exploratory, this research will use analytical techniques to run the regression model. This research finds that banks will show an increase in performance when the percentage of bond issuance as an external funding source is more than 59%. Earnings efficiency proved to have a significant positive effect on bank performance.

Di masa pandemi, tingkat penjualan dari UMKM menurun dan belum bisa pulih seperti sediakala. Strategi yang dapat digunakan untuk memasarkan produk yang dijual agar jangkauannya lebih luas adalah social media marketing. UMKM masih menggunakan strategi pemasaran tradisional, pengetahuan yang terbatas dan kurangnya keahlian dalam memanfaatkan pemasaran media sosial. UMKM belum bisa mengoperasikan toko online.
