Indonesia is procuring vaccines for the prevention of Covid-19. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of public knowledge about the Covid-19 vaccine in Suka Makmur Hamlet, Rokan Hulu Regency in 2022. This research method was a quantitative study with a descriptive design. This study uses a purposive sampling technique so that the number of samples used is 73 people with the instrument using a multiple choice question questionnaire consisting of 20 questions distributed through coming to people's homes. The results of this study indicate that people's knowledge is in the sufficient category of 34 people (46.6%), having less knowledge 28 people (38.3%), and having good knowledge of 11 people (15.1%). The level of knowledge of the people of Suka Makmur Hamlet, Rokan Hulu Regency about the Covid-19 vaccine, which is sufficient knowledge of 34 people (46.6%). Yang Diinokulasikan Fungi Mikoriza Arbuskula Pada Lahan Bekas Tambang telah dilakukan dari bulan Juni sampai September 2019 di Rumah Kaca dan Laboratorium Fisiologi Tumbuhan, Jurusan Biologi, Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam, Universitas Andalas, Padang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh asal isolat FMA indigenous dan dosis FMA terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan bibit Bayur. Metoda penelitian adalah eksperimen menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) Faktorial 12 perlakuan dan tiga ulangan dengan perlakuan tanpa inokulan mikoriza (Kontrol), 5 g, 10 g, 15 g, dan 20 g). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemberian inokulasi fungi mikoriza arbuskula belum memberikan pengaruh yang berbeda nyata terhadap pertambahan tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, diameter batang, derajat kolonisasi FMA dan ketergantungan tanaman terhadap FMA rendah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yang bersifat deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu penelitian yang mengungkapkan dan menggambarkan kejadian-kejadian, fenomena-fenomena yang terjadi di lapangan sesuai dengan kenyataan yang ada dimana penelitian itu di lakukan.Yang menjadi informan penelitian adalah guru PAI dan siswa.Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan yaitu, lembar obeservasi, dalam situasi sosial yang dilakukan terhadap pembentukan karakter religius siswa, melakukan wawancara baik terstruktur maupun tidak terstruktur terhadap informan penelitian. Temuan dalam penelitian ini mengungkapkan pembentukan karakter religius siswa oleh guru PAI, melalui keteladanan guru, melalui kegiatan keagamaan dan melalui kegiatan intrasekolah.

These skills can be applied by teachers through Math learning at the junior high school level, therefore Math teachers must be able to facilitate students for Higher Order Thinking Skills questions. The purpose of this study is to identify the ability of the junior high school Math teachers in Kampar Regency in developing HOTS questions. A total of 30 teachers were asked to fill out a questionnaire and compile 2 HOTS questions. The results of the questionnaire were described and the questions made by the teachers were analyzed based on three aspects, namely 1) the topics chosen by the teacher; 2) the classification of questions based on dimensions of cognitive processes; and 3) the classification of questions that meet the Higher Order Thinking Skills category. The subject are 32 students from class X.1 SMAN 9 pekanbaru consist of 10 male and 22 famale students with the heterogenous level. Technique of collecting the data use observation and math achievement test . The finding of the study indicated that there is improve in students’ achievement that can be seen from the percentage of students’ achive passing gradewith average is about 40,63%. The Al-doped ZnO sample was prepared via simple and cost effectiveness chemical precipitation method with addition of 5 wt. % of Aluminum chloride as dopant. All materials were dissolved in mixture of 45 mL ethylene glycol and 15 mL deionized water while the growth process was carried out at temperature 200 °C for 30 min assisted with stirring process at 550 rpm using hotplate. The precipitated of as prepared sample were deposited with different layers on glass substrate using spin coating process. The samples were characterized by UV-Vis spectrophotometer, Raman spectroscopy, and photoluminescence to investigate the optical properties and crystal structure of ZnO sample. The Al-doped ZnO sample was prepared via simple and cost effectiveness chemical precipitation method with addition of 5 wt. % of Aluminum chloride as dopant. All materials were dissolved in mixture of 45 mL ethylene glycol and 15 mL deionized water while the growth process was carried out at temperature 200 °C for 30 min assisted with stirring process at 550 rpm using hotplate. The precipitated of as prepared sample were deposited with different layers on glass substrate using spin coating process. The samples were characterized by UV-Vis spectrophotometer, Raman spectroscopy, and photoluminescence to investigate the optical properties and crystal structure of ZnO sample.
