Many SA applicationsmake use of a corpus: a collection of data in textual formused to train and/or test SA resources. This work describes theconstruction of a corpus intended for document-level SA. The corpuscontains reviews of supermarkets throughout Brazil, extractedfrom Google Places. The data were collected taking into accountthe Brazilian geographic distribution and linguistic variations, andwere carefully reviewed. The corpus was then evaluated using ak-fold cross-validation method applied in both machine learningand deep learning techniques in which precision, accuracy, recalland f1-score were collected and compared among the techniques. It was also tested by a lexical approach using a domain specificlexicon.

This paper .thcuses on how the knowledge exchanged in these interactions can be easi~v and pre('ise~v reached by CN partners through an knmvledge search framework. In order to improve the search precision, ontologies are used to add metadata (semantic annotations) to documents as well as to prol'ide supportjhr semantic queries. This paper is also concerned to the CN-related requirements not addressed by current information retrieval solutions, like annotations consistency maintenance. multiple ontologies management, ontology mappings management and security issues. The proposed fi'amework is being developed under the scope of the ECOLEA D Proiect as part ofa broader ICT infi'astructurefor supporting CNs.

The configuration comprises the setup of the information to exchange among the VE partners during the VE life cycle, the integration of their legacy systems with the VE platform, the configuration of the VE topology, and the definition of information access rights for the VE partners. Details about the implementation of the supporting tools as well as some conclusions based on the results achieved are also given.

Besides that, partners of such networks work in several contexts (roles, activities, processes) and have individual interests. Based on these observations, the aim of this work is to provide and combine concepts such as topics, profiles and context in a model for customizing knowledge search in CNOs. The basic assumption is that the relevance of the search results in the CNO domain is not only defined by the terms of the query but also by the context and the profile of the user performing the search. Besides the model, a set of rules for query customization is presented and all these elements are framed in an existing framework for knowledge search.
