Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang penggunaan koleksi bahan Pengurusan Pusat Sumber Ma... more Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang penggunaan koleksi bahan Pengurusan Pusat Sumber Maklumat di kalangan pelajar yang mengikuti pengkhususan Pengurusan Pusat Sumber Maklumat. Penggunan koleksi meliputi bagaimana koleksi bahan membantu memenuhi keperluan maklumat pelajar, mencukupi atau sebaliknya dan tahap kekinian koleksi. Koleksi yang mencukupi dan terkini amat penting dan menjadi pemangkin dalam proses pembelajaran, pengaran dan penyelidikan. Dapatan kajian ini menunjukkan kebanyakan koleksi bahan pengurusan pusat sumber maklumat adalah tidak mencukupi dan bahan yang terkini dalam bidang tersebut adalah berkurangan. Beberapa cadangan untuk mengatasinya turut disertakan dalam penyelidikan ini.

Job performance is influenced by job stress, while job stress affects job motivation. Hence, this paper is intended to identify the relationship between these three variables among Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) officers at the Federal Territory Police Headquarters. This is a quantitative study for which data has been collected from 341 police officers through a survey. Data was analyzed statistically using PLS-SEM. Findings showed that there was a significant, negative relationship between job performance and job stress; and between job stress and job motivation.

Job performance is influenced by job stress and job motivation, whereby job motivation is believed to have a mediation effect in the relationship between job stress and job performance. Hence, this paper is aimed at identifying the relationship between these three variables among Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) officers at the Federal Territory Police Headquarters. This is a quantitative study for which data has been collected from 341 police officers through a survey. Data was analyzed statistically using PLS-SEM. Findings showed that there was a significant, negative relationship between job performance and job stress; and between job stress and job motivation. Job motivation was found to be a significant mediator in the relationship between job stress and job performance.

This study aims to identify the level of understanding, appreciation and practice of identity amo... more This study aims to identify the level of understanding, appreciation and practice of identity among Malaysian citizens from education and unity perspective. Are Malaysians remained and still remain or begin to fade and fade understanding, appreciation and practice their Malay Language as an education and unity tools? Therefore, a survey was conducted on 1200 respondents of various races in Malaysia. The study respondents were randomly selected. The questionnaire was used as a data collection tool. The data were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the overall level of understanding, appreciation and practice of Malay Language among Malaysians citizens from the perspective of education and unity still remains. In terms of race, the Malays show the level of understanding, appreciation and practice of Malay Language from the perspective of the eternal education and unity show. On the other hand, the Chinese, Indians, Sabah native, Sarawak native and other ethnic groups are still understanding. The implications of this study all the thought Malay Language is the best medium to foster racial in education and unity in Malaysia. All races still to understand, appreciate and practice Malay Language as a communication tool and instrument of unity among various races and ethnic in Malaysia.

This skill needs a student to think the idea, construct the idea and put the idea appropriately in the writing text. Poor mastery the writing skills may cause the students to think that writing activity is burdensome, therefore the result is gray. Most of the teachers argue that the main problem in writing an essay is the inability of the students to create an idea based on the topic given. Students need to know about the importance of using strategy in essay writing. This concept paper analyzing the essay writing strategy based on Levine Motor Planning. It also discussed the benefits of applying Levine Motor Planning in essay writing strategy. This theory has explained in depth about the brain process during writing. Thus, this paper could be used as a good platform to the teachers who love to explore cognitive writing skill to understand one's mind while they are writing.
