This is due to major corruption scandal by the higher level management in Government of Malaysia. The integrity issue can jeopardize the nation performance and impression towards Malaysia. Malaysia is an ecotourism destination that attracts foreign tourists, like ecotourism destination... more Malaysia is an ecotourism destination that attracts foreign tourists, like ecotourism destinations in Bali, Chiang-Mai, Hat Yai, Phuket, and Aceh. Tioman Island is one of the most beautiful island destinations in Southeast Asia and receives an abundance of foreign tourists every year. This influx of tourists has built a new market segment and ecotourism concept approach, especially to micro and small entrepreneurs in Tioman Island. Some micro and small ecotourism operators in Tioman Island face competition problems with some medium-level companies that offer more competitive tourism products. This study examines the relationship between entrepreneurship development programs and business performance among entrepreneurs in Tioman Island. Job performance becomes one of crucial issues and challenges faced by the organizations and it is... more Job performance becomes one of crucial issues and challenges faced by the organizations and it is related to employees' performance. In conjunction with the issue, this study investigates the determinants of job performance among female employees in Malaysia. Respondents involved in this study were composed of 320 female workers selected from manufacturing, education, health and hospitality sectors. The data was collected through self-administered questionnaires by using a five-point Likert scale. The study uses two common statistical analysis, including the descriptive and inferential statistics analyses by assisting statistical software, namely the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS-20). The outcome shows that motivation, organizational climate, and time management significantly influenced female employees' job performance. Also, the organizational climate was a determinant factor affecting female job performance in Malaysia. Thus, the finding of this study will assist female employees and employers in understanding the factors that could affect their performance in the organization.

They too are the group of peoples that hardly welcome development activities that can bring harm to the environment. This study was conducted with the objective to investigate the dependency on natural resources among the Orang Asli at Sungai Sayap, Besut, Terengganu and their readiness to switch to other careers, other than farming and hunting. A total of 20 adult participants from this small Orang Asli village were involved in this study. The data for descriptive analysis (percentage) was analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS Version 20).
