Pada penelitian ini dilakukan variasi tekanan kondenser untuk mengetahui performa ejector pada kondisi operasi tekanan kondenser yang berbeda. Performa ejector dapat dilihat dari entrainment ratio yang dihasilkan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kondisi operasi berbeda akan menghasilkan entrainment ratio yang berbeda. Nilai entrainment ratio menunjukkan kondisi desain ejector dan pada penelitian ini didapatkan kondisi operasi ejector on-design dan off-design

Volcanic eruption is one of the phenomena that can change the volcanic landscape drastically. Mon... more Volcanic eruption is one of the phenomena that can change the volcanic landscape drastically. Monitoring of volcanic edifices after eruptions should be considered to further understand the potential hazards in the future. Satellite monitoring is a reliable technique for assessing deformation in a volcano. InSAR was applied to detect material build-up after the eruption phase of Semeru Volcano in December 2022. As a consequence of the opening crater along with the InSAR result, a lahar product after the eruption was deposited in the southwest direction. Significant deformations were indicated by PS-InSAR near the crater, which was characterized by a LOS displacement of -10 to -40 mm/year, indicating scouring of the pyroclastic material moving down the slope. The accumulation of pyroclastic flows from the abrading process below was detected in the proximal zone of Semeru, as shown by the positive LOS displacement ranging from 10 to 40 mm/year. In 2014 the status of the Ijen volcano had yet to be declared normal after being critical in 2012. Many volcanic tremors are still recorded since then. This study aims at analyzing the volcanic tremors of Ijen volcano using the January to March 2014 seismic recording data obtained from the Center for Volcanology and Geological Disaster Mitigation, Bandung, Indonesia. We analyzed the spectra and fractal of volcanic tremors. Fractal and spectral analysis was conducted to investigate the dynamical system regarding the sources of the mechanism. Spectral analysis was estimated using the Fast Fourier Transform method, and fractal analysis was estimated using the regularization method. Water is an inexhaustible resource on earth and a renewable source of energy. The raw water consumed by the people of Sampang is very limited. Based on the contour of the land, raw water can be processed into drinking water or clean water through piping and a gravity system. However, people's homes are far away, so the construction of these facilities is expensive. This research is beneficial for the government or the local community. This study uses geophysical methods that can see the earth's surface, one of which is the Schlumberger configuration resistivity geoelectric method with 7 measurement points. The lithology of the rocks in the study area includes: topsoil, claystone, claystone, sandy claystone, conglomerate rock, limestone, sandy limestone, marl, sandstone, clay sandstone. After doing detailed calculations, the results of the recapitulation of the total costs at the research location are around Rp. 250,600,00.00. Up to Rp. 287,147,000.00

This paper describes how to develop a low-cost data acquisition (DAQ) system for real-time remote... more This paper describes how to develop a low-cost data acquisition (DAQ) system for real-time remote monitoring of volcano seismicity. The DAQ system is developed based on IoT platform, consists of several module devices both hardware and software, and installed in two places called seismic-stations (SS) and observation-post (OP). In the implementation, the SS is placed on the body of the volcano meanwhile the OP is usually placed at a certain distance from the SS with more adequate electrical and communication facilities. In this design, the SS consists of seismic sensors and a digitizer, whereas the OP consists of a computer server and ADSL modem. Communication between SS and OP conducted by using a 5 GHz Wi-Fi telemetry system. At the OP, the data is processed to produce the form of digital seismograms, hypocentres, arrival times, and signal magnitudes in SAC or mini seed file formats by Earthworm software. About 25 seismic events in Cangar hot spring, Arjuno-Welirang Complex has been presented to ident... more About 25 seismic events in Cangar hot spring, Arjuno-Welirang Complex has been presented to identify its dynamic process. The delay time has been identified using autocorrelation and embedding dimension has been determined by selecting the False Nearest Neighbour equal to zero. Both of these parameters used to reconstructive the attractor diagram at phase space and to calculate the lyapunov exponent value. The results show the lyapunov exponent in study area are positive and they associated with the chaotic and deterministic system of hydrothermal area.

Pada eksplorasi minyak dan gas bumi diperlukan suatu metode logging atau metode pemboran yang mem... more Pada eksplorasi minyak dan gas bumi diperlukan suatu metode logging atau metode pemboran yang memiliki beberapa sensor untuk mendeteksi jenis batuan di bawah permukaan kerak bumi untuk mengetahui nilai dari parameter fisika batuan (petrofisika). Namun dalam praktisnya seperti yang ditulis di beberapa buku E Poter (1980) dan Crain (2000), parameter struktural sering digunakan karena cepat dan mudah. Nilai-nilai petrofisika tersebut akan diperhitungkan dengan metode deterministik untuk mendapatkan perhitungan ketebalan reservoar, dimana diberikan perlakuan secara parameter struktural (pendekatan geologi) dan secara parameter sumuran (pendekatan nilai per sumur). Baik parameter sturktural dan parameter sumuran secara deterministik dapat memperhitungkan nilai volume serpih, porositas, saturasi air dan permeabilitas.
