Where the industries located initially cultivable lands are occurred and water resources are exploited. The earth is polluted by the waste water disposal from the industries, air is also polluted even water resources also polluted in this situation attempted made to find out the loss of natural capitals after the arrival of industries.

The researcher started his work with defining rehabilitation that it is intended to create an environment favorable for the person living with any disability or disease. To understand more about the context of HIV/AIDS, and the rehabilitation of HIV victims through CBR approach the researcher has reviewed a number of literatures to find out the dimension of the problem taken by different researchers and the methodology adopted by team in testing their hypotheses. Introduction The seriousness of HIV/AIDS could be understood when nearly 187 United Nations Member states and 23 international organizations came together to establish the sixth goal – Combating HIV/AIDS and other diseases as one of its eight Millennium Development Goals (MDG). Because HIV/AIDS had already become one of the major killer diseases of humankind. As per the UNAIDS/World Health Organizations (2007) statistics that over the past 25 years, nearly 25 million people have died of AIDS. The present study entitled, Community based rehabilitation services to HIV victims-development perspectives, was undertaken. The researcher started his work with defining rehabilitation that it is intended to create an environment favorable for the person living with any disability or disease. To understand more about the context of HIV/AIDS, and the rehabilitation of HIV victims through CBR approach the researcher has reviewed a number of literatures to find out the dimension of the problem taken by different researchers and the methodology adopted by team in testing their hypotheses.

The present study was designed to analyse the present scenario of Dalit Christians in Madurai Archdiocese with primary focus on identifying the socio – cultural status of Dalit Christians in Madurai Archdiocese. In present study the data was collected from both 'primary' as well as 'secondary' sources. The primary data collected constitutes the respondents of all age groups. Interview method was used for data collection. For sampling purposes, 13 villages in Madurai Archdiocese were selected by simple random sampling technique and the data collected was analysed by using descriptive & simple percentage method. After analysing the results some suggestions were framed out which needs to be implemented for the sustainable development of Dalits in the region of study. However, further studies are in need to understand the Socio-cultural status of the Dalit Christians in Madurai Archdiocese.

They often lack adequate food, health care and houses, are shunned in public places such as hospitals and temples, roads and buses, and discriminate with regards education, employment and ownership of land. In this study main objective are to understand traditional culture of scheduled Castes, to find out reasons behind traditional culture to modern culture, to critically investigate social changes of Scheduled Caste for their development, and to suggest a suitable action plan for their development. Tools for Data Collation In the present study data were both ‘primary’ as well as ‘secondary’ sources. The dates were collected primary sources, Researcher collected 50 samples from the study area. In 1901, reservations were introduced in Maharashtra (in the Princely State of Kolhapur) by Shahu Maharaj. Chatrapati Sahuji Maharaj, He provided free education to everyone and opened several hostels in Kolhapur to make it easier for everyone to receive the education. He also made sure everyone got suitable employment no matter what social class they belonged. He also appealed for a class-free India and the abolition of untouchability. The explicit purpose of the reservation policy was and is to promote social, economic, and political equality for Scheduled caste, tribal peoples, and other lower castes peoples, (i.e. OBCs (Other Backward Communities) through positive or compensatory discrimination. By this policy, the leaders of independent India declared their determination to eradicate inequalities. The Indian government has appointment various commissions for measurement quota system. The researcher explained towards this study Indian constitutions provision for reservation, merits and demerits and impact of reservation system in India. The Constitution of India, adopted in 1950, defines the nation as a ‘Democratic Republic’ which ensures that All citizens are equal before law, free from discrimination on grounds of caste, creed, religion, sex, place of birth, and equality of opportunity in education and public appointments. The Constitution also specifically abolishes untouchability. This study the researcher collected secondary data from different Journals, books, etc and give the details on references.

The problem of Dalit has elicited considerable interest in the minds of researchers in recent times. In this study main objectives is to identify the Justice, Social, Economical and Political status of Dalit Christians in Puthukottai District and to suggest a suitable action plan for their sustainable development. Tools for Data Collation In the present study data were both ‘primary’ as well as ‘secondary’ sources. The dates were collected primary sources constituted of the respondent of all age groups and the sample size was study has been drawn by using census method. Total sample selected for the study are 9310 respondents, in this study would used family census method. The researcher was selected four Taluks in Puthukottai District and each four Taluks, ten areas have selected based village, urban, semi – urban in this method were selected areas. Design of the Study here, descriptive design will be used to describe the data. The collected data were analysed with the help of descriptive and simple percentage. They live in difficult situations everyday challenging in their lives. This study is based on observation method of study on my field work experience. It is describing the present status of Dalit Christians in Tamil Nadu state. There are social level, economic level, educational level, political level, Women and youth life status .It is of paramount importance to improve the Dalit Christians way of living i.e. through identification of problems they face in society thus offering valuable suggestion and solutions this can be attained through the government implementing any new policies that will embrace and sustain the growth of Dalit Christians. This paper elucidates and suggests the need and recognition of the Dalit Christians especially by the government and Christian Missionaries Institutions even as they make policies, making them have an equal opportunity in the distribution of resources such social, Economic and employment.

The present study was designed to analyse the present scenario of Dalit Christians in Madurai Archdiocese with primary focus on identifying the socio – cultural status of Dalit Christians in Madurai Archdiocese. In present study the data was collected from both 'primary' as well as 'secondary' sources. The primary data collected constitutes the respondents of all age groups. Interview method was used for data collection. For sampling purposes, 13 villages in Madurai Archdiocese were selected by simple random sampling technique and the data collected was analysed by using descriptive & simple percentage method. After analysing the results some suggestions were framed out which needs to be implemented for the sustainable development of Dalits in the region of study. However, further studies are in need to understand the Socio-cultural status of the Dalit Christians in Madurai Archdiocese.

They often lack adequate food, health care and houses, are shunned in public places such as hospitals and temples, roads and buses, and discriminate with regards education, employment and ownership of land. In this study main objective are to understand traditional culture of scheduled Castes, to find out reasons behind traditional culture to modern culture, to critically investigate social changes of Scheduled Caste for their development, and to suggest a suitable action plan for their development. Tools for Data Collation In the present study data were both ‘primary’ as well as ‘secondary’ sources. The dates were collected primary sources, Researcher collected 50 samples from the study area. The investigator used simple random techniques for selecting the sample size. Design of the Study - descriptive design will be used to describe the data. In 1901, reservations were introduced in Maharashtra (in the Princely State of Kolhapur) by Shahu Maharaj. Chatrapati Sahuji Maharaj, He provided free education to everyone and opened several hostels in Kolhapur to make it easier for everyone to receive the education. He also made sure everyone got suitable employment no matter what social class they belonged. He also appealed for a class-free India and the abolition of untouchability. The explicit purpose of the reservation policy was and is to promote social, economic, and political equality for Scheduled caste, tribal peoples, and other lower castes peoples, (i.e. OBCs (Other Backward Communities) through positive or compensatory discrimination. By this policy, the leaders of independent India declared their determination to eradicate inequalities. The Indian government has appointment various commissions for measurement quota system. The researcher explained towards this study Indian constitutions provision for reservation, merits and demerits and impact of reservation system in India. The Constitution of India, adopted in 1950, defines the nation as a ‘Democratic Republic’ which ensures that All citizens are equal before law, free from discrimination on grounds of caste, creed, religion, sex, place of birth, and equality of opportunity in education and public appointments. It is describing the present status of Dalit Christians in Tamil Nadu state. There are social level, economic level, educational level, political level, Women and youth life status .It is of paramount importance to improve the Dalit Christians way of living i.e. through identification of problems they face in society thus offering valuable suggestion and solutions this can be attained through the government implementing any new policies that will embrace and sustain the growth of Dalit Christians. This paper elucidates and suggests the need and recognition of the Dalit Christians especially by the government and Christian Missionaries Institutions even as they make policies, making them have an equal opportunity in the distribution of resources such social, Economic and employment.
