Stock liquidity is one of the criterions that the investors consider in their portfolio decisions... more Stock liquidity is one of the criterions that the investors consider in their portfolio decisions. There are some advantages in high levels of stock liquidity such as attracting short-term capitals and also increasing turnover in capital market. On the other hand, earnings management is a managerial activity influencing stock liquidity and includes discretionary related earnings management and real earnings management. Therefore the main purpose of this study is to estimate the effect of the discretionary accruals based earnings management on stock liquidity of companies listed in TSE. This study conducted through regression model based on panel data and then hypotheses examined through this. The results of data analysis and hypotheses examination indicated that the earnings management activities based on discretionary accruals significantly influence stock liquidity negatively. Control variables include standard deviation of daily stock returns, the average daily turnover of stocks, the average closing price of stocks traded, the average number of daily transactions of stocks, and market value of the firm. Based on the results, these variables have no significant effect on the dependent variable.

The present research has been conducted to study job satisfaction of students and the factors aff... more The present research has been conducted to study job satisfaction of students and the factors affecting it. Method of this research is survey-based and data collection technique was questionnaire. Reliability of the questionnaires was also confirmed with Cronbach's alpha method. Statistical population of the research includes all students studying in Sciences and Research branch. The statistical sample was determined 380 person based on Cochran Formula and was selected with simple random sampling method. Research findings showed: 60.6 % of the studied sample has full job satisfaction and 29.4% of the respondents have medium satisfaction and only 10% of them has low satisfaction rate. Study of relationship between variables showed that there was relationship between variables of job security, term of services, age and enjoyment of welfare equipment and job satisfaction and based on regression analysis, variables of enjoyment of enjoyment of welfare equipment, social solidarity , ...

Studying the effect of marketing tactical capabilities on the financial performance of the firms ... more Studying the effect of marketing tactical capabilities on the financial performance of the firms is now proposed as one of the most important priorities of marketing researches. However, the results of the studies in many academic fields that are conducted about a specific issue are usually contrasting. Meta-analysis is a research approach that helps the researcher to achieve a suitable combination of quantitative results of consistent and inconsistent studies in the past. Although various researches have been conducted, such contrast is also observed in the relation between marketing tactical capabilities and financial performance. Therefore, the purpose of this article was to propose and test a comprehensive model of the relation between marketing tactical capabilities and financial performance by critical reviewing of research literature on the basis of meta-analysis approach. The results show that marketing cross-functional capabilities and marketing dynamic capabilities are effective on organizational performance; however, no relation is observed between marketing specialized capabilities and organizational performance. Also, customer performance and market performance will have a positive effect on financial performance of the firm.

Developing and introducing new products to the market is one of the costliest strategies of a com... more Developing and introducing new products to the market is one of the costliest strategies of a company with a high failure rate. One way of naming new products is brand extension. Brand extension brings instant fame for the new product and persuades people accept it faster. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of brand extension strategies on consumer attitudes of new products in the apparel market. The statistical population of the research includes students of physical education at The University of Isfahan and Khorasgan Azad University. The appropriate brands and products for the research where selected using two pretests. The tests were subsequently conducted on two brands and two products. The consumer's initial brand image (prior to brand extension) was considered as the independent variable, image fit and similarity between products the intermediate variables, and the costumer's attitude to the new product the dependent variable. Data collection was done using a questionnaire and samples were chosen at random. Furthermore, SPSS and Amos software programs were for data analysis and hypotheses testing. The results of the survey indicate that the consumer's attitude to the new product is influenced by their attitude prior to brand extension, perceived fit of the new product and the brand, and similarity between the new product category and the brand's other products. Furthermore, the effect of consumer's innovativeness as a moderator in the relationship between image fit and category similarity of the new product on consumer's attitude to the new product was not proven.

Consumer trust in online transactions significantly is more important than in traditional markets... more Consumer trust in online transactions significantly is more important than in traditional markets, and Lack of trust in e-commerce component is considered as one of the main reasons for crashing some dot-com companies. The aim of present study is to examine factors that affecting the formation trust and their impact on purchase behavior in decision making process. This research is based on data that obtained through a survey study. In this study, the hypotheses were presented considering the variables were associated with trust and technology acceptance and diffusion model that in 2009 by Yu and Tao was presented. In this regard, factors were considered in the overall format of the trustee, trustor and environmental factors in the three-step approach to building trust, purchase and purchase repeat. Hypotheses were tested by Spss software and finally became clear that some of the factors have the strong impact on which level of customer behavior.

With the separation of ownership and management, the corporate governance system is a good tool i... more With the separation of ownership and management, the corporate governance system is a good tool in the hands of shareholders to reduce agency costs. Developing the literature in which agency cost is calculated by the absolute amount of cash flow or its interaction with growth opportunities, we measure it with a model-based approach. The second innovation is the adjustment of Tobin`s Q with inflation. Agency costs have been measured in 6 different proxies and their impactability from corporate governance has been analyzed with the mediating role of debt and dividend ratio. The data of companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange and Iran Fara Bourse except for financial intermediary companies in the period 2006 to 2020 have been analyzed using structural equations modeling and due to the non-normality of data, its variance-based approach, partial least squares (PLS) method is used. According to the results in all models based on one of the 6 proxies of agency cost, corporate governance has a positive effect on the dividend ratio and secondly, the debt ratio reduces agency costs. In the model-based approach, unlike other measures of agency costs, the path of corporate governance on dividend and dividend on agency costs was confirmed. Because of the impact of the debt ratio on model-based agency costs, shareholders must adjust the debt ratio leading to lower agency costs.
