The article focuses on the definition of the essence of these concepts. It is also of scientific interest to study the works of scientists on the level of student achievement. This question is very important in assessing the educational achievements of students. It should be noted that scientists have not yet come to a consensus on this issue. The article analyzes the work of scientists on the study of the concept of "level of assimilation". The drawbacks of the traditional assessment are noted, the proposals of scientists on the reorganization of the assessment system are presented.

This goal allows the further implementation of the issue of computerization of school education. This article focuses on the quality of education. To achieve high-quality modern training, the use of electronic materials is required. Electronic materials must be designed in accordance with the rules. Therefore, the content of this article is aimed at revealing the importance of e-learning, at developing electronic materials, at characterizing the requirements for compiling electronic materials and the requirements for using electronic educational materials.

Informatization of education is a factor in the development of the education system as a whole. It allows the young generation to learn the capabilities of information technology, acquire skills and their application in life situations. The article traces the development of the concept of computer and information literacy, the constituent elements of these concepts. The development of mobile technologies, the adoption of conceptual documents on digital transformation made it possible to talk about the need to ensure digital literacy of citizens. The content of the concept of “digital literacy”, the point of view of researchers on this issue, and the varieties of this concept are analyzed.

The paper investigates the urgent issue of modern pedagogy – the study of the scientific foundations of the methodology for preparing future computer sciences teachers for the development of electronic educational resources. In the study, the following general scientific methods were used: logical-historical method, pedagogical observation, analysis, synthesis, systematisation and generalisation, methods of pedagogical experiment, methods of mathematical statistics. These factors form the prerequisite for improving the quality of education. Higher educational institutions of the republic pay special attention to the question of the formation of students' competence. In order to build students' competence, the educational process should be based on a competency- based approach. The article explores the issue of the formation and development of the problem of competence in education. The development of the problem is divided into three stages. The role and significance of the competency-based approach in training is revealed, the point of view of scientists on competence is analyzed.

At the end of the twentieth century the Kyrgyz Republic got the opportunity to create a higher ed... more At the end of the twentieth century the Kyrgyz Republic got the opportunity to create a higher education system, as well as the way was paved for the creation of a common educational space in the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), which resulted in adopting CIS-wide a number of documents that form the legal basis for a common educational space. Analysis of reforms in education system of Kyrgyzstan allows concluding that in general, the state educational policy of sovereign Kyrgyzstan was entirely aimed at solving strategic problems of the education sector, and thus at improving the socio-economic well-being of the country. Lack of continuity and the proper funding of the adopted state programs have negative impact on the effectiveness of educational reform. Therefore, a number of measures ought to be taken in order to improve the efficiency of the education system reform.

The project method and the laboratory brigade method have received a positive assessment in Western pragmatist pedagogy. These methods found support and were widely introduced in the initial stage of development of Soviet pedagogy. The contribution of pedagogy of cooperation to the formation of interactive learning is noted. The essence of the concept of interactive learning, the work of domestic and foreign authors who have studied this concept are analyzed. Interaction between students, as well as interaction with the teacher is considered an important sign of interactive learning.
