In the light of previously conducted studies regarding English as Second Language (ESL) learning,... more In the light of previously conducted studies regarding English as Second Language (ESL) learning, it is assumed that female language learners usually achieve higher grades than that of the male language learners. Keeping this assumption in consideration, the present study aimed at addressing the need of motivational factor required by the ESL learners keeping their genders in mind. From this perspective, this study examined if gender difference played any role to increase the motivational level of ESL learners in their improved performance. From this perspective, 44 assignments and 59 final reports submitted by business management students enrolled in different semesters were analysed to understand the performance of students based on their different genders. Through quantitative analysis of the results received from the ETS report, the study reached to its findings that there is not a statistically significant difference between the two different genders of business students on their performance regarding the production of scholarly text in the English language. Furthermore, this study also explored that there is not a statistically significant difference between the two different levels of business students (BBA and MBA, when distinguished by their different genders) on their performance regarding the production of scholarly text in the English language. In the light of the findings, this study recommended a 4-step criterion to measure the adequacy of academic writing of business students keeping their different genders aside that play no role in the performance of business students.

This work is aimed at highlighting the different forms and benefits and the conditions for the universitybusiness partnership. The study has a quantitative structure and a chosen philosophy of positivism and deductive methodology, and the novel knowledge is obtained through a 5-point Likert Scale questionnaire. Pakistani organizations should help universities to use the views on education programs, learning achievements, practical training, internships and vocational training for businesses contributing to schools. The scientists at the school should also address other issues of the economy and business sector and provide the answers as a guide in the cycle for companies.

This was, however, narrowed to focus especially on the wet processing in the textile sector of Pakistan. It was considered pivotal to focus on the economic and regulatory barriers as operational barriers had been observed the case for previous researches. To ensure these mixed research methods were used to cross over into both qualitative and quantitative research method. Data collection remained limited due to time constraints, and five managers have opted for the interviews, while 130 respondents formed the sample for the questionnaire survey. Finding has led to the conclusion that a major economic barrier was the increase in tariff for the commercial sector, which makes energy cost rise higher and leave lesser room to explore new options such as the EMS. It has also been found that regulations are lenient, and apparently, no policy exists to limit energy usage.

The issue was selected considering the increasing threats for the environmental sustainability that are caused due to the emission of CO2 gases on consistent basis. The variables that were chosen for the purpose of analysis were knowledge of the firm, incentives of the government, magnitude of CO2, cost and scale of CCU technology. The statistical techniques that were applied were regression, correlation and Cronbach alpha analysis. Design/Methodology: Using a positivistic deductive approach, the study has collected 211 responses from the supply chain professionals of manufacturing firms of Karachi, Pakistan using a purposive sampling technique. PLS-SEM has been employed for data analysis using SmartPLS version 3.2.8. Findings: The study has manifested that lean practices can enable manufacturing firms of Pakistan to improve their operational performance. Implications: Kanban is one of the most effective and tested methods to do this. Kanban is a mechanism that controls the flow of products within a supply chain by using visual signals (cards). There is a Kanban card attached to each object, container, crate, or pallet. The Kanban card details the products and amounts to purchase, so the factory floor may request the right parts. Workers take the card and give it to the depart...

No other segments of the business can have the impact of the supply chain agility on reaching the market, improving the service levels, lowering retail prices and building value for both the business and the customers. The market often expects great products and services. They utilize lots of financial assets to satisfy the needs of the market. The products should be delivered on time and in good condition. In the modern-day, customers can blast a company publicly on social media if their products have not been delivered on time and this can be so damaging to the brand reputation. In this study, we look at some scholarly articles which have been on the bond between supply chain and customer satisfaction over the years. The present study attempts to combine the determinants (such as Enjoyment, self-eff icacy, system quality and information, avoiding uncertainty, and usefulness and easy to use) and subsequently evaluate them to explore the integration of IT in classroom instruction and its effects on the learning achievement of students. Using the experimental approach of quantitative research paradigm, it tested the variable "academic performance of business students" by obtaining the achieved scores of business students in Mid Term and Final Term examination before and after the exposure of students to m-learning. The result found in the study demonstrates a statistically signif icant improvement in the scores achieved by students after the exposure of students to m-learning as compared to the traditional classes. Therefore, it is suggested that with the implementation of the M-Learning within the higher education institutes in Pakistan, particularly business schools, will more likely to increase students' learning.
