A quantitative research is conducted to determine how motivation affects employee performance and... more A quantitative research is conducted to determine how motivation affects employee performance and how to it can be practiced, as well as the relationship between motivation and promotion and reward programs in Pakistani private banks. Questionnaires were administered to three levels of staff including high-level, middle-level and frontline managers. A total of 280 closed questionnaires were published among participants to examine motivation and employee performance, and Smart PLS SEM was used to examine the relationship between influences and variables. The results of structural equation modeling show that there is a positive and significant relationship between motivation and employee performance. The results of the current study suggest that Pakistan’s private banking industry should pay attention to rewards and promotions. Employees perform better, but receive less rewards. There are three universities in Jamshoro Education City which are MUET (Mehran University of Engineering and Technology), LUHMS (Liaquat University of Health and Medical Sciences) and University of Sindh. In these three universities, ten to fifteen foreign countries students are studying in different departments, so for knowing the intake of admissions of foreign students either increasing and decreasing from 2001-2009 and Identification of foreign student’s problems aids management to over grave challenges of educational sectors to facilitate international students. Poverty has posed enormous challenge to many nations and the governments of many developing count... more Poverty has posed enormous challenge to many nations and the governments of many developing countries have taken extra initiatives to develop strategic poverty reduction programs. However despite of all such measures this enigma is still intractable. There is a constant need to understand the nature, dynamics and causes of poverty in order to overcome and eradicate this menace. Therefore this study aims to examine the perception of poor people for being poor and also to examine the factors and reasons of poverty. This research draws on qualitative research method and observations since the individual interviews of 10 participants were conducted who had the earning of Rs.15000 per month. As a result this study captured the deprived people who felt being underprivileged and almost had no access to the basic needs e.g. food, house, clothing, education health facilities and many physiological needs. This research attempts to find out the reasons which cause procrastination at workplace in public and private sector firms. Methodology: The sample size of 446 respondents has been used and among all 396 questionnaires have been filled from the employees of different companies around the Karachi. The 50 samples have been collected with the help of the personal interviews from these employees. Therefore, qualitative and quantitative both approaches are used here. Methodology: This study has used a quantitative research design and a secondary source is deployed to collect data from 1980 to 2016. The data was gathered from Saint Louis Fed, whereas Standard and Poor’s 500 (S&P 500 index at a closing price of the first day of the month) was from Yahoo Finance. The software used for the data analysis was R Studio and statistical methods such as descriptive statistics, Generalized Method of Moments (GMM) model Fitting and Consumption Capital Asset Pricing Model (CCAPM) Fitting was performed to examine the influence of investment decisions and consumption on asset pricing. This study aimed to report the outcomes of infants and children undergoing mBT shunt procedures in Oman. In addition, risk factors associated with early mortality, inter-stage mortality and reintervention were assessed. Methods: This retrospective cohort study was conducted from January 2016 to December 2018 at the National Heart Centre, Muscat, Oman. All paediatric patients with CCHD undergoing mBT shunt procedures as a primary palliative procedure during this period were included. Data were retrieved from electronic hospital records. Kaplan-Meier survival curves were used to describe overall survival. Results: A total of 50 infants and children were included in the study.
