These relationships among the variables are analysed through linear and non-linear methods. As a result of the analysis, it is concluded that the interest rate does not have a significant effect on the output level. Also, it was determined that there is a short-term as well as a long-term negative relationship from the interest rate towards inflation. It was concluded that the monetary policy cannot affect the real output, but the inflation. These results show that the Monetarist perspective is more valid for the post 2000 period in Turkey.

Within this scope, the Gümüşhane province, in which one of the major organic livestock projects has been carried out, was taken into the focus of attention for this study. The data of the study was obtained from 134 surveys based on census and focusing on farmers doing conventional animal breeding and possessing 25 or more cattle. The data obtained were used in predicting the Logit Model. In the model, it was determined that the inclination to transition to organic animal breeding in institutions where the rate of benefiting from animal breeding supports and the rate of meeting forage requirements from their own are high and besides where the rate of using industrial feed is low. As a result, it was recommended that the government support for forage crops, which are already within the current support policies, should be increased on yearly basis. This will have a positive eff...

In the study, GDP per capita was used as a dependant variable where population density and employment rates of industry and services sectors, which represent the urbanisation, as well as the employment rate of agriculture sector and general employment rate, which were included in our model, were used as independent variables. The annual series of the variables of the model that was created within the scope of the study for the period between 1990-2014 were analysed by panel co-integration method. According to panel causality test, there is a bilateral causality relationship between GDP and employment rates of services, industry, and agriculture sectors. Additionally, there was a unilateral causality relationship from GDP towards urban population density and towards general employment rate. Also, according to the DOLS and FMOLS results, the increases in urban population density and in the employment rate of services sector have a positive effect on GDP per capita. Findings from the study show that urbanisation and economic growth are mutually dependent processes in 13 EU member countries and in Turkey.

It was used to Autoregressive Distributed Lag model for analyzing the series. As a result of the Autoregressive Distributed Lag model test, it was confirmed the co-integration relationship among the series related to current deficit, economic growth and short term capital flows in short term and long term.
