Developing highly efficient and durable bifunctional electrocatalyst for oxygen reduction (ORR) a... more Developing highly efficient and durable bifunctional electrocatalyst for oxygen reduction (ORR) and oxygen evolution reaction (OER) is quite important for developing rechargeable zincair batteries. Herein, one kind of manganese phosphate-based electrocatalyst (Mnx(PO4)y/NPC) with high specific surface area (1106.9 m 2 g-1) is prepared via a facile and scalable avenue, which possesses remarkable catalytic performance for the both ORR and OER, indicated by a more positive half-wave potential of 0.87 V in 0.1 M KOH for the ORR as well as an overpotential of 0.37 V to achieve the current density of 10 mA cm-2 in 1 M KOH for the OER. Furthermore, the Mnx(PO4)y/NPC assembled rechargeable zinc-air battery shows an excellent charge-discharge cycling performance, revealed by the smaller sum of charge-discharge potentials, comparable to that of Pt/C + IrO2. This research adds a new kind of electrocatalyst into the family of non-noble metal-based bifunctional electrocatalyst for rechargeable zinc-air batteries.

Highly efficient and low-cost nanomaterials with multifunctions for oxygen evolution reaction (OE... more Highly efficient and low-cost nanomaterials with multifunctions for oxygen evolution reaction (OER), hydrogen evolution reaction (OER) and oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) have been attracted tremendous attentions that play significant roles in energy storage and conversion. Herein, a facile strategy is developed to synthesize metal alloys (NiCo, CoFe) with their oxides supported on nitrogen-doped graphene (N-rGO/NiCo-NiO-CoO, N-rGO/CoFe-Co 2 FeO 4). The obtained nanomaterials exhibit outstanding tri-functional performances for the above mentioned three kinds of reactions. Furthermore, the prepared composites, assembled in air cathodes, present excellent performance that are similar with Pt/C or Pt/ C þ IrO 2 in primary and rechargeable zinc-air batteries. The prepared N-rGO/NiCo-NiO-CoO and N-rGO/ CoFe-Co 2 FeO 4 exhibit the specific capacities of 734 and 711 mA h g Zn À1 at the current density of 20 mA cm À2 , respectively. The rechargeable zinc-air batteries maintain excellent durability after cycling 33 h.

Lack of highly active and stable non-precious metal catalysts (NPMCs) as an alternative to Pt for... more Lack of highly active and stable non-precious metal catalysts (NPMCs) as an alternative to Pt for oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) in the application of zinc-air batteries and proton-exchange membrane fuel cells (PEMFCs) significantly hinders the commercialization of these energy devices. Herein, we synthesize a new type of catalyst composed of nitrogen-coordinated and carbon-embedded metal (Fe-N/Fe 3 C/Fe/C) by pyrolyzing a precursor at 800 • C under argon atmosphere, and the precursor is obtained by heating a mixture of the tri (dipyrido [3,2-a:2 ,3-c] phenazinyl) phenylene and FeSO 4 at 160 • C in a Teflon-lined stainless autoclave. The resultant Fe-N/Fe 3 C/Fe/C-800 exhibits the highest activity for the ORR with onset and half-wave potentials of 1.00 and 0.82 V in 0.1 M KOH, respectively. Furthermore, it also shows a potential ORR activity in 0.1 M HClO 4 , which is promising for the application in commercial PEMFCs. Most importantly, Fe-N/Fe 3 C/Fe/C-800 exhibits a comparable electrochemical performance to Pt/C for the application in zinc-air battery. The specific capacity approaches 700 mAh•g −1 , and the maximum power density is also comparable to that of Pt/C at the current density of 200 mA•cm −2. The work opens up a simple strategy to prepare ORR electrocatalyts for zinc-air battery and PEMFCs.

Sebelum berlakunya UU Desa nomor 6 tahun 2014 dimana anggaran dana desa dianggarkan 1 Milyar dari... more Sebelum berlakunya UU Desa nomor 6 tahun 2014 dimana anggaran dana desa dianggarkan 1 Milyar dari APBN, Kabupaten Pulau Morotai, melalui Kepala Daerahnya Rusli Sibua, pada tahun anggaran 2014 telah menganggarkan satu desa satu milyar (SDSM) untuk setiap desa di Kabupaten tersebut.Komitmen membangun desa ini dari Bupati Rusli Sibua tersebut merupakan janji politik saat kampanye pemilihan kepala daerah pada 2011. Setelah terpilih sebagai kepala daerah, Rusli Sibua merealisasikan janji tersebut melalui program pembangunan desa melalui SDSM yang diakomodir dalam APBD.Dengan kebijakan tersebut, program SDSM pemerintah Kabupaten Pulau Morotai terhadap pembangunan di dua desa yakni, desa Gotalamo kecamatan Morotai Selatan dan desa bere-bere kecamatan Morotai Utara hanya berdampak pada pembangunan infrastrtuktur desa, seperti pembangunan rumah ibadah (Masjid dan Gereja), Kantor Desa, dan Pagar Desa dan Jalan Desa.
