Turnover intention is a phenomenon that is highly avoided by an organization because a high level of turnover intention can cause an instability in the organization and hamper the achievement of organizational goals. This research aims to examine the partial and simultaneous influences of the variables of work stress, organizational culture, and organizational commitment on the turnover intention of the teachers at the vocational high school (SMK) of Restumuning Perean Tabanan. There are 55 respondents in total. The technique of analysis is multiple linear regression. Based on the partial test results, the work stress has a positive and significant influence toward the turnover intention. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Kepemimpinan dan Iklim Organisasi Terhadap Keadilan O... more Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Kepemimpinan dan Iklim Organisasi Terhadap Keadilan Organisasional Dan Employee Engagement Di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan Buleleng.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai di lingkungan STIKES Buleleng sejumlah 80 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh yaitu seluruh pegawai yang berada di STIKES Buleleng. Penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan rancangan (desain) penelitian kuantitatif.Analisis kuantitatif berdasarkan analisis multivariate menggunakan model persamaan struktural dengan pendekatan variance based atau component based yang disebut PLS (partial least square). Profitability is the company's ability to earn profits or the effectiveness of the company's management so that the company can find out how much profit can be obtained in a certain period. The samples of this research are the employees of village credit institution (LPD) of Kerobokan customary village consisting of 56 people. The analysis technique used is path analysis applying SPSS program version 17. The result shows that motivation has positive and significant effect toword job satisfaction. The work environment has effect toword job satisfaction; and work environment has positive and significant effect toword employees’ working performance. There ere 91 respondents in this research with the creteria that they had already used the products and services of The Santi Residences and Resorts Bali more than twice, with a minimum age of 17. The determination of samples used Purposive Sampling Method. The research usedPartial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS program. The result of the research showed that 1) Service quality had a positive and significant effect towards the customers’ satisfaction 2) service quality had a positive effect but insignificant towards the customers’ satisfaction 3) statisfaction had a positive and significant effect towards the customers’ loyalty.
