Power is transmitted between devices (sender and receiver) through the same input process. Solar power is supplied to the input of the inductive transmitter coil, the inductive receiving coil receives power and converts it into electrical power to charge the battery. However, there are many challenges to using wireless charging on existing devices. In this paper, a framework for wireless charging methods and the latest developments is presented. In particular, the challenges of using wireless charging in network systems are discussed.

Software companies spend most of their cost in dealing with these bugs. To reduce time and cost of bug triaging, we present an automatic approach to predict a developer with relevant experience to solve the new coming report. In proposed approach we are doing data reduction on bug data set which will reduce the scale of the data as well as increase the quality of the data. We are using instance selection and feature selection simultaneously with historical bug data. We have added a new module here which will describe the status of the bug like whether it assigned to any developer or not and it is rectified or not.

However, some data might be sensitive that the data owner does not want to move to the cloud unless the data confidentiality and query privacy are guaranteed. We propose the Random Space Encryption (RASP) approach that allows efficient range search with stronger attack resilience than existing efficiency-focused approaches. The random space pertur bation (RASP) data perturbation method to provide secure and efficient range query and kNN query services for protected data in the cloud. The RASP data perturbation method combines order preserving encryption, dimensionality expansion, random noise injection, and random projection, to provide strong resilience to attacks on the perturbed data and queries. It also preserves multidimensional ranges, which allows existing indexing techniques t...

InP is a commonly-used substrate for semiconductor lasers because of its compatibility with InGaAs and AlInAs for tuning the depth of quantum wells in quantum-cascade lasers and its utility as a waveguide cladding material. However, its two-phonon resonance energy corresponds almost exactly to the energy of 16 μm photons, and so makes InP-based 16-μm QC lasers inefficient and low performing. 16 μm lasers are important for BTEX or UF6 sensors. GaAs is the next best substrate for such a laser. In this paper, we design a new 16-μm GaAs-based QC laser and provide the background understanding for QC lasers in general. The active and injector region period length is Lp = 520.4 Å. The figure of merit for the differential gain coefficient is 1.32, which is low, but it exhibits carrier inversion and would lase, making it a good preliminary design upon which to make modif...

In order to GaAs-based devices keep playing a significant role in space the radiation performance needs to be increased to eliminate the required shielding and the cost needs to be dramatically reduced. GaAs nanophotonic structures have the potential to fulfill both requirements. In order to evaluate the radiation performance of different GaAs architectures a simulation platform has been developed and corroborated with experimental data reported in the literature. Exemplary cases of the irradiation-induced degradation in planar and nanowire architectures are presented.

The study selected 395 non financial companies of Pakistan listed on Karachi stock exchange, for the purpose of examining the relationships. Financial data for 6 years period was included in analysis covering years 2005-2011. Descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, multiple regression and ANOVA were used to conduct the analysis. The results demonstrated significant relationship between cash holdings and the selected variables except sales growth. This study will contribute in understanding the factors affecting corporate liquidity by financial managers as well as the investors seeking to invest in Pakistani companies.
