Data was collected from administrators, teachers, and students using descriptive surveys and comparative research design. The respondents deemed the curriculum, with Philosophy and Objectives being the most important. However, facilities and equipment were poor. There was no significant difference in philosophy and objectives, organization and administration, curriculum and instruction, and measurement and evaluation. However, a significant difference was found in facilities and equipment, indicating the need for improvement. The study recommends higher authorities to address these issues, providing teacher and administration in-service education to improve students' attitudes and knowledge towards Physical Education. Improvements in sports facilities and equipment utilization will enhance students' performance in competitions. The program should allocate maintenance funds and other expenditures and reach local governmental officials for construction or improvement. Further studies with other variables are suggested to enhance the effectiveness and proper implementation of the Physical Education program.
