Nursing service management is an important aspect in moving nursing services towards good quality... more Nursing service management is an important aspect in moving nursing services towards good quality nursing services, accepted by patients as nursing service subjects. This research is a quantitative research with a cross sectional design. The population is all nurses in the Jambi Mental Hospital inpatient room as many as 113 people. Sampling using purposive sampling with a sample of 56 people. The results of the study showed that the results of statistical tests obtained P Value of 0.026. This shows that the function of the head of the room management is related to the performance of the implementing nurse. The conclusion is that there is a significant relationship between the management function of the head of the room and the performance of the nurses at the Jambi Mental Hospital.

Families who live with pulmonary TB clients are very vulnerable to infection because of the lack of knowledge about preventing pulmonary TB transmission. Payo Selincah Health Center is ranked 3rd for pulmonary TB cases out of 24 health centers in Jambi City, with a significant increase in cases every year. The main cause of the high cases of pulmonary TB in the work area of the Payo Selincah Health Center is the lack of adherence to treatment and behavior to prevent transmission in the family. This is done by the government in an effort to prevent patient safety incidents from occurring. Based on the Lumenta report (2008) that in Indonesia from 145 reported incidents of near-injury (KNC) as many as 47.6% cases, unwanted events (KTD) as many as 46.2% cases, and others as many as 6.2% cases. . The KTD rate at Raden Mattaher Hospital in 2016 was 10 cases, increasing to 13 cases in 2017 and decreasing to 7 cases in 2018. Rheumatoid arthritis should not be ignored, because it will damage the joints which cause severe pain. The Central Bureau of Statistics (2018) released the number of teenagers in Jambi province as 17.9% of the total population. If adolescents do not have the ability to face these challenges, it can have an impact on their personal health. The purpose of this activity is to increase adolescent knowledge regarding the adaptation of a new life. The activities carried out were in the form of health education using social media and power point slides. The high incidence of Rheumatoid Arthritis is influenced by many factors, namely age, gender, genetics, sex hormones, and immunity. Rheumatoid arthritis should not be ignored, because it will damage the joints which cause severe pain. One of the measures that have been shown to be effective non-pharmacologically to reduce pain is to warm the affected joint. The number of samples in the study were 20 subjects each elderly PSTW Budi Luhur and Paal V Village of Jambi city, elected by Proportional Random Sampling.
