Penggunaan sebuah model pembelajaran yang tepat dalam mempelajari Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarg... more Penggunaan sebuah model pembelajaran yang tepat dalam mempelajari Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan (PPKn) yang didapatkan oleh peserta didik dari seorang guru baik di dalam maupun di luar kelas pada sebuah lembaga pendidikan sangat diperlukan untuk dijadikan acuan dalam praktik siswa dalam melakukan interaksi sebagai warga dalam sebuah lembaga pendidikan, salah satunya dalam pembentukan sebuah karakter yakni adanya sikap kerjasama antar peserta didik. The object of research is the contract labor (TKK) employees at the Bekasi City Education Office. The quantitative research used questionnaire that distributed to contract labor employees at the Bekasi City Education Agency. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis techniques.The results of the study indicate that the variable Productivity Level has a negative effect on Salary. Furthermore, the Absence Variable has a positive effect on Salary. The results of multiple regression analysis with the function Y = ¬ 10,087 - 0.052x1 + 0.434x2 + e. and, R Square results of 5.9%, which means 94.1% is the contribution of the variables not examined in this study.

Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada karyawan yang bekerja di Pemerintah Kota Bekasi. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode convenience sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 54 kuesioner. Analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan, motivasi, disiplin kerja, kompetensi dan budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sedangkan, untuk hasil uji regresi juga ditemukan bahwa budaya organisasi merupakan variabel yang berpengaruh paling dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai Pemerintah Kota Bekasi. There were seven articles reviewed based on the lecturer's quality criteria. Based on the analysis of the article, there are nine challenges to improve the quality of lecturers in universities and structural ambidexterity to improve the quality of university lecturers in Indonesia.

Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 12 siswa kelas XI MIPA 3 di MAN Kota Cimahi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data melalui tiga tahapan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, serta verivikasi data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Kerangka analisis yang digunakan berdasarkan indikator kesalahan oleh hadar, yaitu: kesalahan dalam penggunaan data, kesalahan dalam penafsiran bahasa, kesalahan dalam penarikan kesimpulan, kesalahan dalam penggunaan teorema atau definisi, penyelesaian tidak diperiksa kembali, dan kesalahan dalam perhitungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada karyawan yang bekerja di Pemerintah Kota Bekasi. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode convenience sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 54 kuesioner. Analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan, motivasi, disiplin kerja, kompetensi dan budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 12 siswa kelas XI MIPA 3 di MAN Kota Cimahi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data melalui tiga tahapan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, serta verivikasi data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Kerangka analisis yang digunakan berdasarkan indikator kesalahan oleh hadar, yaitu: kesalahan dalam penggunaan data, kesalahan dalam penafsiran bahasa, kesalahan dalam penarikan kesimpulan, kesalahan dalam penggunaan teorema atau definisi, penyelesaian tidak diperiksa kembali, dan kesalahan dalam perhitungan.
