This lesion is locally aggressive and spreads quickly. It is usually asymptomatic, achieving a large size. Owing to its aggressive behavior and high recurrence rate, early detection and complete surgical excision are essential. This report details the diagnosis and treatment of a 3-year-old girl presenting with a mandibular swelling that was subsequently determined to be juvenile ossifying fibroma.
