Due to the nature of spouses' activities, it sometimes happens that differences of opinion occur or needs are not met. As a result, spouses feel angry, disappointed, and unhappy towards each other. The current research aimed to determine the effectiveness of strength-based counseling on conflicted couples' tendency toward marital infidelity and self-compassion. Methods and Materials: It was quasi-experimental with a pre-test and post-test design with an experimental group, a control group, and a three-month follow-up period. The statistical population of the research included all couples referring to a private counseling center in District 10 of Tehran. For sampling, 30 couples were selected and randomly assigned to two experimental groups (15 couples) and a control group (15 couples) using the available sampling method. This research used the strength-based counseling package compiled by Parsakia and Darbani (2022). Also, in order to collect data, Neff's self-compassion scale (2003) and Bashirpour et al.'s marital infidelity questionnaire (2018) were used. Findings: The results of the data analysis showed that strength-based counseling significantly increased self-compassion scores (F = 13.08) and decreased the scores of the tendency toward marital infidelity of the experimental group (F = 9.52). Also, Bonferroni's post hoc test results indicated good stability of these effects. Conclusion: Therefore, the strength-based approach can increase the self-compassion of conflicted couples and decrease their tendency toward committing marital infidelity. Conclusion: It can be concluded that parent-child interaction training was effective on behavioral problems and aggression of children with ADHD symptoms, and this effect was stable.

A total of 40 participants were divided equally into experimental and control groups. The experimental group received work-life balance training, while the control group did not. Job motivation was measured for both groups at three time points: pre-test, post-test, and follow-up (three months post-intervention), using standardized questionnaires. Descriptive statistics and Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) with repeated measurements, followed by Bonferroni Post-Hoc tests, were employed to analyze the data. The experimental group showed a significant increase in job motivation from the pre-test (M=92.40, SD=20.10) to the post-test (M=110.73, SD=22.15), which was sustained at the follow-up (M=110.09, SD=22.49). In contrast, the control group's job motivation scores remained stable and showed no significant improvement. ANOVA results confirmed significant effects of time, group, and time × group interaction on job motivation, indicating the positive impact of the work-life balance training. Work-life balance training significantly improves job motivation among employees, with effects that are maintained over a medium-term period. This suggests that such interventions can be an effective strategy for organizations looking to enhance employee well-being and job motivation.

Background and Aim: One of the most important and underlying marital problems in couples is marital disillusionment. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the validity and factor structure of the scale of the Marital Disillusionment Scale. Materials and Methods: A sample of 188 teachers was selected with convenience sampling of students of Karaj. To calculate the convergent and divergent validity, attitudes toward infidelity scale, Kensas marital satisfaction scale, attachment styles & marital forgiveness were used. In order to assess the first order confirmatory factor of the marital disillusionment scale, the weighted lowest squares (WLS) and to assess the adequacy of the model to the data, the parameters of RMR, RMSEA, CFI, AGFI, GFI, c2, c2/df, and Dc2 were used. Results: Factor structure of the marital disillusionment scale was confirmed with using confirmatory factor analysis. Cronbach’s alpha and retest coefficients were 92.0 and 85.0 respectively. Correlation analysis showed that the marital disillusionment scale has a significant positive correlation with attitudes toward infidelity (p<0.01), avoidance/resentment (p<0.01), avoidant attachment (P<0.05), ambivalent attachment subscales (P<0.01), which indicates convergent validity and has a significant negative correlation with the Kensas marital satisfaction scale and forgiveness (P<0.01), which indicates it’s divergent validity. Conclusion: First-order factor structure of "marital disillusionment scale" showed better fitness with the observed data. Confirmatory factor structure, reliability and validity of the marital disillusionment scale for research applications and clinical diagnoses were acceptable.
