Recently, the binary metric was introduced as a symmetric, distributive-lattice-ordered magma-valued function of two variables satisfying a “triangle inequality” and subsequently proved that every Kuratowski topology can be induced by such a binary metric. In this paper, we define the strong convergence of a sequence in a binary metric space and prove that strong convergence implies convergence. We state the conditions under which strong convergence is equivalent to convergence. We define a strongly Cauchy sequence and a strong complete binary metric space. Finally, we give the strong completion of all binary metric spaces with a countable indexing set.

Ethosomes are soft, and flexible vesicles which helps in rapid drug absorption. Ethosomes have better pharmaceutical properties than the conventional liposomes such as room temperature stability, and improved compatibility with the Stratum Corneum barrier. Ethosomes are non-toxic in nature and can be used in the preparation of cosmeceutical and it has better drug absorption to the skin. The most common disadvantage of ethosome is that it might not be cost-effective. The ethosomal patches might not stick to all skin types. The mechanism of ethosomes is mainly occurred due to increased lipid fluidity within the cell membrane caused by the ethanol in ethosome. As a result, skin permeability is increased. Ethosomes can be prepared by using cold method and hot method. Ethosome consists of various e...

Efficient transportation of users to/from congested traffic zones is one of the main difficulties of the users. A transportation-network analysis is presented here and is applied on a town ring road network that envelops a significant network intersections, cardon line and large motorized and non-motorized movement conflicts. The presented study firstly examines the impacts applied by network at major intersections, and secondly, presents contextual analysis of railway migration into the town transport network. The significance of this study is evidently clear in traffic congestion situations or in road design considerations in which the impact of correlation of transport network-intersections must be prerequisitely known. The aim of the study is to extend the results of this analysis to be applied for evacuation analyses for other zones with similar conditions or in other congested towns in which correlated intersections in the transport network have a significant presence that must be included in the real-life analysis of a transportation network.

As land is a limited resource subsequently well-organized land management techniques are crucial for its acquisition and development. The land readjustment process is one exemplary land assembly tool, which many countries including Japan, Germany have adopted and it's known as town planning scheme in India. This is the idea of reshaping or re-plotting a parcel of land and developing it with basic infrastructures, amenities and services like roads, parks, social infrastructure and utilities. Rapid urbanization in the developing world is causing a lack of municipal resources with public services falling further and further behind demand. New and redesigned settlements are needed but appropriate plots of land are not usually available. More efficient distribution of land is required. Land readjustment is one of the approaches to deal with these urbanization problems. This paper attempts to explore the use of this innovative means of land development with a view to assessing the potentiality and constraints in the land readjustment process and its use and identifying critical areas where further refinements would be desirable.

Social media has dramatically changed its reach and impact as a whole. On one hand, it's low cost, and easy accessibility with rapid share of information draws more attention of people to read news from it. On the other hand, it enables wide spread of Fake news, which are nothing but false information to mislead people. As a result, automating Fake news detection has become crucial in order to maintain robust online and social media. Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning are the recent technologies to recognize and eliminate the Fake news with the help of Algorithms. In this work, Machine-learning methods are employed to detect the credibility of news based on the text content and responses given by users. A comparison is made to show that the latter is more reliable and effective in terms of determining all kinds of news. The method applied in this work is highest posterior probability of tokens in the response of two classes. It uses frequency-based features to train the Algorithms including supervised learning algorithms and classification algorithm technique. The work also highlights a wide range of features established recently in this area that gives a clearer picture for the automation of this problem. An experiment was conducted in the work to match the lists of Fake related words in the text of responses, to find out whether the response-based detection is a good measure to determine the credibility or not.

Asynchronous circuits can be an alternative to the widely-used synchronous design style as they can operate at very low voltages and are mostly immune to PVT (Process-Voltage-Temperature) variations. Asynchronous designs are also well known for their event-driven functionality where the power consumption is ideally zero while the design waits for an event. There are multiple handshaking protocols, design templates and transistor-level cell designs which contribute to a large design space for asynchronous designs. In this thesis work, this design space is studied and careful design decisions are taken at every step. A complete flow of circuit design is presented along with assumptions taken while exploring the design space. An unsigned 64-bit Kogge-Stone adder is taken as a benchmark design. Research paper thumbnail of Extraction of Phenotypic Traits for Drought Stress Study Using Hyperspectral Images

Lecture Notes in Computer Science, 2017

High-throughput identification of digital traits encapsulating the changes in plant's internal st... more High-throughput identification of digital traits encapsulating the changes in plant's internal structure under drought stress, based on hyperspectral imaging (HSI) is a challenging task. This is due to the high spectral and spatial resolution of HSI data and lack of labelled data. Therefore, this work proposes a novel framework for phenotypic discovery based on autoencoders, which is trained using Simple Linear Iterative Clustering (SLIC) superpixels. The distinctive archetypes from the learnt digital traits are selected using simplex volume maximisation (SiVM). Their accumulation maps are employed to reveal differential drought responses of wheat cultivars based on t-distributed stochastic neighbour embedding (t-SNE) and the separability is quantified using cluster silhouette index. Unlike prior methods using raw pixels or feature vectors computed by fusing predefined indices as phenotypic traits, our proposed framework shows potential by separating the plant responses into three classes with a finer granularity. This capability shows the potential of our framework for the discovery of data-driven phenotypes to quantify drought stress responses.

The most important drawback is their adverse environmental impact, disposal problem, efficiency and charging time. We have renewable sources of energy such as solar and wind which can solve the environmental problems to a great extent. We all are aware of the fact about intermittency of wind and solar, hydro has the limitation of space requirement. Resources are free but not always usable and storable. To overcome these problems, a gravity battery is proposed in this paper. These proposed batteries will store the electrical energy in the form of potential energy and when needed this potential energy is converted back into kinetic energy and run a generator to produce electrical energy. A physical prototype is designed, developed and demonstrated in this paper.

Technology adoption has been beneficial for many general models. The models help in train the voice user-interface assistance (Alexa, Cortona, Siri). Voice assistants are easy to use, and thus millions of devices incorporate them in households nowadays. The primary purpose of the sign language translator prototype is to reduce interaction barriers between deaf and mute. To overcome this problem, we have proposed a prototype. It is named sign language translator with Sign Recognition Intelligence which takes the user input in sign language and processes it, and returns the output in voice out load to the end-user.

Under this project, the aim is to build 26,034 houses in 11 cities and towns of Chhattisgarh till 2022 including 12670 houses for Economically Weaker Section (EWS) that includes all households with an annual income of less than Rs. 3 Lakh and 13364 Houses for Lower Income Group (LIG), that includes all households with an annual income of less than Rs. 6 Lakh. Most of the people in urban areas are working either as daily wages or Informal sectors. They are facing financial problems in constructing Puckka house and require financial support for the construction of their house. To full fill their need of house in affordable cost, Affordable Housing in Partnership (AHP) scheme is regarded. Under this scheme, Subsidy by NHB (National Housing Bank) & HUDCO (Housing & Urban Development Corporation) or Financial support by Nationalized Banks, Housing Finance Institutions provides loan to the beneficiary. The impact of the affordable housing, with the initiatives taken by the government is evaluated in this article.
