The Opportunistic Localization System (OLS) makes that simple. OLS's core technology is an opportunistic location system based on smart phone devices. One main advantage is that it seamlessly works throughout heterogeneous environments including indoors as opposed to GPS based systems often available only outdoors under the unobstructed sky.
