The corporate Social Responsibility has been growing in importance for organizations and academic... more The corporate Social Responsibility has been growing in importance for organizations and academics; their connection with different organizational indicators has been discussed and analyzed in the last decades. One of the discussion areas has to do with attitudes and behaviors determination of the employees in work place, like satisfaction, motivation or citizenship corporative behaviors (CCB). This study aims to analyze how the employees CSR perception can influence the CCB. Using a sample of 168 employees of a company in the sector of health, was used a quantitative study with a structured questionnaire containing the measures under consideration. The main results show that in the CSR-CCB relation only civic virtue, courtesy and altruism behaviors are influenced significantly by the CSR strategy and practices of the organization itself. According to these results and given the current context where are included organizations, is important to define a long-term strategy of CSR that perpetuate the Organization at the time, being essential for organizing volunteers behaviors and not formally prescribed to the employees.
