Companies with resources and limited financial situation is not an obstacle to implementing ERP. ... more Companies with resources and limited financial situation is not an obstacle to implementing ERP. On the other hand, with limited human resources that have implemented ERP systems to help control the running of the business processes for small and medium enterprises. The aim of this study is to make ERP software selection process in accordance with the business to a company workshop in the industrial area of Cikarang Delta Silicon 2. The method used to determine the appropriate ERP software is to use 5 stage. First, define business processes that take place. Second, providing develop alternative software which might be applied in the company. Third, the software has a feature set that is close to standard business processes, then specify a unique business process and the latest is the customization of the software. From 5 open source software options are 1 software that best fits the company's business processes are iDempiere.

Asset Wellness Calculation represents a method that combines technical diagnostic with risk asses... more Asset Wellness Calculation represents a method that combines technical diagnostic with risk assessment into an objective and quantitative value, providing the overall wellness of the asset. In this paper Asset Wellness calculation method of 150-500 KV oil immersed power transformers located in tropic region were discussed. The Asset Wellness method uses various data, not only data from technical test results such as dissolved gas analysis, electric testing, but other important data such as transformer loading data, maintenance data, age, grounding and foundation. The asset wellness method uses the IEEE, IEC, CIGRE criteria limits and limits on diagnostic tools for determining conditions. The Asset Wellness method is a combination of technical conditions with risk assessment based on the weight and criticality criteria of the equipment on the transformers which in total value will determine the health condition of the transformers. The method used in determining the criticality level of transformer equipment uses the SERP (System and Equipment Reliability Prioritization) method developed by EPRI. This method uses an approach based on technical data based on the level of criticality of the equipment combined with an assessment of the level of risk of down time. The Asset Wellness method is one of the tools in managing quantitative assets to determine the condition of the transformer and allows recommendations for the maintenance strategy of asset.

Tenaga listrik sudah menjadi kebutuhan utama bagi masyarakat Indonesia, tetapi tidak dapat dihasi... more Tenaga listrik sudah menjadi kebutuhan utama bagi masyarakat Indonesia, tetapi tidak dapat dihasilkan secara instan melainkan melalui suatu proses pembangkitan energi listrik di Pembangkit listrik. PLTP merupakan salah satu tipe pembangkit listrik yang dioperasikan oleh PT IP dan berlokasi di Kamojang dengan kapasitas pembangkit total 375 MW. Untuk menjaga keandalan pembangkit agar tidak mengalami gangguan, maka perlu dilakukan pemeliharaan pada peralatan pembangkit dan salah satunya pemeliharaan prediktif. Akan tetapi, pada tahun 2016 terjadi gangguan pada salah satu unit PLTP Kamojang yang mengakibatkan kerugian yang cukup besar karena kehilangan produksi listrik. Penyebab utama gangguan disebabkan oleh terbakarnya salah satu panel pada Switchboard 380 VAC yang diakibatkan oleh temperatur tinggi pada salah satu komponen di dalam panel. Transmission and distribution grids worldwide are based on alternating current (AC), a well-established technology. This concept works reliable and stable but comes along with some restrictions. The transmittable power is limited by factors like the need for reactive power, which affects the maximum transmission length. This study aims to determine the financial performance of the two companies engaged in the heavy equipment industry which have a sizeable market share in Indonesia, namely PT HexindoAdi Perkasa. United Tractors and PT Hexindo using financial ratio analysis of the financial statements of each company over the period 2011-2015. The research method is using quantitative and descriptive method using the financial statements issued by the respective companies. The ratio used three kind of ratio, first ratio is the ratio of liquidity consisting of current ratio, second ration is solvency ratio consisting of debt to asset ratio and debt to equity ratio, and the last is a profitability ratio that consists of the gross profit margin, net profit margin, return on investment, and return on equity. For many years, to determine the type of inceptive failure on power transformers, practitioners o... more For many years, to determine the type of inceptive failure on power transformers, practitioners often use the Dissolved Gas Analysis (DGA) to obtain conclusions about the causes of failures. To determine the failure that occurs in the transformer, the generation of certain gases within a transformer is an incredible indicator that has been proven so far. Because of the sensitivity and accuracy in measuring gases, this technique has become standard practice in normal maintenance activities at electric utility companies. This article presents the investigation of dissolved gas analysis (DGA) of four generator step-up (GSU) transformers at geothermal power plants in Indonesia. Each transformer insulating oil data were collected during yearly routine inspection and the DGA measurements at power plants for the duration of 6 years was obtained. DGA measurement result was analyzed and processed using the dissolved gas analysis method based on IEEE C57-104 and IEC 60599 standards. The interpretation of measurement data is conducted using four methods, that is key gas, gas ratio, Duval Triangle, and The Four Gases. Rogers Ratio, Doernenburg Ratio and Gas Ratio Combination are the gas ratio methods used in this study. The results of the diagnosis of generator step-up (GSU) transformers using DGA analysis showed that all four transformers were in different conditions for each analysis method. This paper highlights the importance of keeping track of DGA history and using several DGA interpretation methods to add confidence to the result.
