Fatigue means a gradual decrease in efficiency, work capacity and physical endurance, which affec... more Fatigue means a gradual decrease in efficiency, work capacity and physical endurance, which affects the ability to maintain necessary activities. Many factors contribute to burnout, including environmental conditions, age, workload, working hours, and stress. Among them, work stress is the main problem in hospital HR management and represents overwhelming pressure from internal and external sources. The research used an analytical observation method and a cross-sectional approach, which allows simultaneous measurement of cause and effect variables in the same context. Notoatmodjo defines a cross-sectional study as the study of the dynamic correlation of risk factors and their effects using observational and data collection techniques at a specific point in time. The findings show that there is a relationship between work fatigue and work stress in Grandmed Lubuk Pakam Hospital Bed Ward in 2022 with a P value of 0.024. In addition, 55% of 22 respondents experienced fatigue, while 30 respondents showed signs of stress.

Based on data obtained from Public Health Center of Medan Tuntungan related to community sanitation is still not good enough. Of the 236 households there are several of families who have not access latrines (20%), household waste processing (48.8%) and waste water disposal facilities that were still in Unprotected Sewerage category (70%). The purpose of this study was to determine the purpose of implementing a community based total sanitation quality in the region III Tanjung Selamat Medan Tuntungan 2021. The type of this research was observational analytic with cross sectional approach. The independent variables in this study include latrine access, household waste processing, waste water disposal and family drinking water treatment sources. With the acquisition of a sample of 70 families using simple random sampling technique and analyzed using Chi Square statistical test with a significance level of 95% (α=0.005). through the result of this study, it was found that there was a relationship between latrine access (p=0.023), household waste processing (p=0.006), waste water disposal (p=0.000) with environmental sanitation quality and there was no relationship between source and family drinking water treatment with environmental sanitation quality.

The hospital is one of the high-rise buildings that have the potential for fires originating from... more The hospital is one of the high-rise buildings that have the potential for fires originating from electricity, stoves, and storing flammable materials for example fuel and medical gas and installation of power plants such as generator sets which are the source of fires. Fire is an unwanted and uncontrollable occurrence of fire. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between knowledge of inpatient nurses regarding the use of fire extinguishers with the occurrence of fire disaster risk at Sembiring Delitua General Hospital.The design of this study used an observational analytic method through a cross sectional approach. The study population were 158 people, with sample of 61 nurses used the proportional stratified random sampling method. The research instrument was questionnaire. Data Relationship between Inpatient Nurse Knowledge about the Use of Fire Extinguishers and the Occurrence of Fire Disaster Risk in the Post-Covid-19 Pandemic at Sembiring Delitua Hospital.analysis methods were univariate and bivariate with chi square test. The results showed that from 61 nurses, 47 people (77%) had poor knowledge about the use of fire extinguishers and resulted in a high risk of fire disaster and 14 people (23%) have good knowledge about the use of fire extinguishers and with a low risk of fire disasters. The results of the univariate analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between nurses' knowledge of the use of fire extinguishers and the occurrence of fire disaster at Sembiring General Hospital with p = 0.003 < 0.05. Conclusion: nurses' knowledge about the use of fire extinguishers has a relationship with the occurrence of fire disaster risk with 4,170 times greater chance. Suggestion: the management provides training and simulations to health workers such as nurses on how to use fire extinguishers and fire emergency response.

Menurut Pasal 1 Undang-undang Nomor 14 Tahun 2009, rumah sakit adalah institusi pelayanan kesehat... more Menurut Pasal 1 Undang-undang Nomor 14 Tahun 2009, rumah sakit adalah institusi pelayanan kesehatan yang menyelenggarakan pelayanan kesehatan perorangan secara paripurna yang menyediakan pelayanan rawat inap, rawat jalan, dan gawat darurat. Pelayanan Kesehatan merupakan usaha yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah bersama masyarakat dalam rangka meningkatkan, memelihara, dan memulihkan Kesehatan penduduk yang meliputi pelayanan preventif, promosi, kuartif, dan rehabilitative. Dalam arti sempit, upaya itu dilakukan oleh Lembaga-lembaga yang memberikan pengobatan kepada seseorang yang sakit, dalam hal ini adalah rumah sakit. Pelayanan di rumah sakit diawali dengan sebuah transaksi terapeutik antar dokter dengan pasien Kepuasan pasien merupakan hal yang sangat subjektif, sulit diukut, dapat berubah-ubah, serta banyak sekali faktor yang berpengaruh sebanyak dimensi didalam kehidupan manusia. Subjektifisme tersebut bisa berkurang dan bahkan bisa menjadi objektif bila cukup banyak orang yang sama pendapatnya terhadap sesuatu hal. Oleh karena itu, untuk mengkaji kepuasan pasien perlu dilakukan sosialiasasi implementasi kebijakan mutu kepada seluruh petugas kesehatan yang berada dilayanan kesehatan tersebut.

Work Related Musculoskeletal Disorder Syndrom (WMSDs) merupakan sekelompok gangguan otot, tendon ... more Work Related Musculoskeletal Disorder Syndrom (WMSDs) merupakan sekelompok gangguan otot, tendon dan sistem saraf yang disebabkan oleh beban statis secara berulang dan terus menerus dalam jangka waktu tertentu dan akan menyebabkan kerusakan pada sendi, ligamen dan tendon. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetauhi apakah implementasi program personal risk assassment telah efektif untuk mencegah risiko musculoskeletal disorder pada para loaderman area packing plant PT Solusi Bangun Andalas, dengan cara melihat hubungan faktorfaktor yang dianggap berhubungan menyebabkan WMSDs, yaitu beban kerja, postur kerja, repetisi, durasi, dan vibrasi. Penelitian ini berjenis kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara pembagian kuesioner worksheet Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) dan Nordic Body Map (NBM) kepada 30 sampel. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Hasil uji beban kerja dengan keluhan WMSDs mendapatkan p value 0,005, postur kerja dengan keluhan WMSDs dengan hasil p 0,004, repetisi dengan keluhan WMSDs dengan hasil p 0,013, durasi dengan keluhan WMSDs dengan hasil 0,008 dan vibrasi dengan keluhan WMSDs dengan hasil 0,002, dengan kesimpulan tidak efektifnya program Personal Risk Assessment untuk mencegah risiko WMSDs.

Rumah sakit adalah salah satu gedung bertingkat yang memiliki risiko kebakaran, yang dapat berasa... more Rumah sakit adalah salah satu gedung bertingkat yang memiliki risiko kebakaran, yang dapat berasal dari berbagai sumber seperti listrik, kompor, serta penyimpanan bahan-bahan yang mudah terbakar, seperti bahan bakar dan gas medis, dan fasilitas pembangkit listrik seperti genset yang dapat menjadi penyebab kebakaran. Tujuan dari program pengabdian ini adalah untuk mengimplementasikan langkah-langkah pencegahan kebakaran di Rumah Sakit Umum Sembiring dengan menyelenggarakan sesi penyuluhan kepada perawat yang bekerja di sana tentang penggunaan APAR (Alat Pemadam Api Ringan). Dengan demikian, diharapkan hasil dari penyuluhan ini adalah perawat di Rumah Sakit Umum Sembiring dapat efektif dalam menggunakan APAR, melakukan pencegahan terhadap kebakaran, dan memiliki pemahaman yang baik mengenai cara menyelamatkan diri dan pasien saat terjadi kebakaran.

Keluarga Berencana (Family Planning) dapat memungkinkan pasangan usia subur (PUS) untuk mengantis... more Keluarga Berencana (Family Planning) dapat memungkinkan pasangan usia subur (PUS) untuk mengantisipasi kelahiran, mengatur jumlah anak yang diinginkan, dan mengatur jarak serta waktu kelahiran (WHO, 2016). Tujuan dilaksanakan program KB yaitu membentuk keluarga kecil sesuai dengan sosial ekonomi keluarga dengan cara mengatur kelahiran anak untuk mewujudkan keluarga bahagia, sejahtera yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya. Sasaran dari program keluarga berencana adalah Pasangan Umur Subur (PUS) sebagai sasaran utama, dan untuk sasaran antara adalah tenaga kesehatan (Rahayu dan Prijatni, 2016). Angka Pencapaian Keluarga Berencana pada pasangan usia subur di Dusun IV Cinta Adil hanya mencapai 45,4 % atau hanya sekitar 50 pasangan usia subur yang menggunakan KB dari 110 pasangan usia subur. Nurse turnover is the discharge of nurses from one hospital to another which is considered better... more Nurse turnover is the discharge of nurses from one hospital to another which is considered better than the previous hospital. The purpose of this study was to determine what factors influence the turnover of honorary nurses at the TNI - AD Hospital with a cross sectional research design. The total population and sample of the study were 78 nurses. The research instrument used was a questionnaire. Data analysis used univariate method, bivariate with chi square test and multivariate with logistic regression test. The results showed that from 78 nurses as many as 67 (85.9%) said that the basic salary received was not proportional to the workload they did. The basic salary received is still the minimum regional wage so that it can lead to turnover for honorary nurses. Fatigue is often caused by inappropriate working hours. Shift workers tend to be more prone to work burnout. Impactof work shift on nurse's work weakness in the unit covid-19 roomRSUD dr. Djasamen Saragih. The study used quantitative research with observational methods on 34 respondents. Univariat analysis showed that the majority of respondents experienced work fatigue, namely 20 people (58.8%) and not tired of work, namely 14 people (41.2%). Pekerja rumah sakit berisiko lebih besar mengalami kecelakaan dan penyakit akibat kerja dibanding... more Pekerja rumah sakit berisiko lebih besar mengalami kecelakaan dan penyakit akibat kerja dibandingkan industri lain. Masalah penelitian ialah menganalisi penerapan sistim Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja Rumah Sakit (SMK3RS) belum optimal. Tujuan penelitian ialah untuk menganalisis Hubungan psikologis perilaku (pengetahuan, sikap, dan tindakan), serta yang berhubungan dengan penerapan SMK3RS.Jenis penelitian adalah survei dengan pendekatan explanatory research.Populasi adalah seluruh t e n a g a k e s e h a t a n sebanyak 399 orang dan jumlah sampe 80 orang di RSU Sembiring Deli tua. Pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan observasi tindakan.Data univariat dan bivariat dianalisis dengan menggunakan chisquare sedangkan data multivariat menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda pada taraf kemaknaan 95%.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penerapan SMK3RS Tidak efektif (52,2%) dan efektif (47,5%). Hasil dari uji menunjukkan semua variabel independen diatas berhubungan dengan penerapan SMK3RS. Tindakan merupakan variabel yang paling dominan dengan koefisien sebesar 0,013 dengan Exp (B) 4.051 CI 95% (1.348-12.175).Untuk mengoptimalkan penerapan SMK3RS,maka disarankan manajemen tetap berkomitmen kontinu menyediakan sumber daya; menerapkan sistem bottom-up dalam perencanaan dan penerapan; meningkatkan segala bentuk komunikasi.

The purpose of this study was to determine what factors influence the turnover of honorary nurses at the TNI - AD Hospital with a cross sectional research design. The total population and sample of the study were 78 nurses. The research instrument used was a questionnaire. Data analysis used univariate method, bivariate with chi square test and multivariate with logistic regression test. The results showed that from 78 nurses as many as 67 (85.9%) said that the basic salary received was not proportional to the workload they did. The basic salary received is still the minimum regional wage so that it can lead to turnover for honorary nurses. Masalah penelitian ialah menganalisi penerapan sistim Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja Rumah Sakit (SMK3RS) belum optimal. Tujuan penelitian ialah untuk menganalisis Hubungan psikologis perilaku (pengetahuan, sikap, dan tindakan), serta yang berhubungan dengan penerapan SMK3RS.Jenis penelitian adalah survei dengan pendekatan explanatory research.Populasi adalah seluruh t e n a g a k e s e h a t a n sebanyak 399 orang dan jumlah sampe 80 orang di RSU Sembiring Deli tua. Pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan observasi tindakan.Data univariat dan bivariat dianalisis dengan menggunakan chisquare sedangkan data multivariat menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda pada taraf kemaknaan 95%.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penerapan SMK3RS Tidak efektif (52,2%) dan efektif (47,5%). Hasil dari uji menunjukkan semua variabel independen diatas berhubungan dengan penerapan SMK3RS. Tindakan merupakan variabel yang paling dominan dengan koefisien sebesar 0,013 dengan Exp (B) 4.051 CI 95% (1.348-12.175).Untuk mengoptimalkan penerapan SMK3RS,maka disarankan manajemen tetap berkomitmen kontinu menyediakan sumber daya; menerapkan sistem bottom-up dalam perencanaan dan penerapan; meningkatkan segala bentuk komunikasi.
