Communication is the interaction between individuals / groups to communicate with each other thro... more Communication is the interaction between individuals / groups to communicate with each other through language that is understood and understood. Indonesia has 16,056 islands, 1,331 tribes and 652 different regional languages on various islands where most regional languages may be threatened with extinction by various factors and shifts in tradition and culture. Dawan is one of the tribes that are on the island of Timor, South Central Timor regency, East Nusa Tenggara region where the use of this language is the main language of the Timorese people. Through digital dictionary media that will be developed based on Android mobile, it will be able to preserve and as a learning medium for various parties and tourists who will visit Timor and communicate using the language of dawan. In the digital dictionary will be equipped with audio, Dawan sentences, meaning in Indonesian and English that can be used by local and foreign communities, this system is also online so that the dictionary data can be updated at any time. The implementation of this media also helps various parties to always maintain and preserve local cultures including the use of their respective regional languages so that they can be implemented into media that can be used by various parties.

Perlu dikenalkan kepada anak-anak secara visual terutama budaya Timor Tengah Selatan dengan menggunakan media multimedia, sehingga diharapkan dengan fasilitas ini akan tetap dapat melestarikan dan mempertahankan budaya tersebut.
Multimedia merupakan salah satu produk teknologi komunikasi dan informasi. Multimedia digunakan dalam banyak kegiatan yang berhubungan dengan komunikasi dan informasi yang cepat dan akurat. Sebuah metode pembelajaran memiliki peranan yang sangat penting pada suatu sistem pendidikan. Metode pembelajaran yang baik adalah mudah di pahami dan dimengerti oleh pengajar maupun yang diajarkan. Metode pembelajaran akan mudah dipahami dan dimengerti apabila penyajiannya dibuat lebih menarik, karena aplikasi yang digunakan berupa animasi gambar, suara dan lirik sehingga menarik digunakan dan dapat diikuti oleh anak-anak usia belajar dan bermain. Aplikasi ini memudahkan anak-anak untuk belajar dan mengenal budaya Indonesia, khususnya budaya Timor Tengah Selatan yang ada di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur.

The selection of credit giving had been done when there was loan at Credit Cooperation Remaja Hokeng. Sometimes it has problem by its manual system that needs long time. In other hand, the selection of credit giving serves many members who ask the loan and the taking decision is still done subjectively. Because of that system, it is needed compurized system that can facilitate the cooperation in managing the credit and it is needed selection method of objective credit giving that gets more responsible result. The system designing uses method of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process in giving consideration to the head of Credit Cooperation to decide the properness of a member to accept loan. Fuzzy method of AHP (F-AHP) is the fusion of AHP method and fuzzy approach. F-AHP method covers the lakcness of AHP in handling uncertainty evaluation that is very subjective for qualitative data. F-AHP method uses evaluation in interval so the qualitative data can give more objective evaluation. The core of F-AHP is in the pair comparation that is described with ratio scale that relates with fuzzy scale. This system can help cooperation management to manage credit and by using F-AHP method in selecting credit giving, it can help Credit Cooperation Remaja Hokeng in selecting and deciding the properness of a member to get loan so it can raise the quality and competitive power of service products of Credit Cooperation Remaja Hokeng.

The psychological test for official fire gun use for police personnel is very important, consider... more The psychological test for official fire gun use for police personnel is very important, considering that police personnel as humans must have different characteristics, different emotional levels, and certain stress levels that can affect their psychology, which in turn could have an impact on the misuse of official Fire gun. Given to this personnel. By its function, the HR Bureau especially the psychology section of the East Nusa Tenggara Regional Police, routinely carries out psychological tests for official fire gun collection for personnel from each Polres under the East Nusa Tenggara Regional Police. However, there were several obstacles in this implementation, including the geographical location in the East Nusa Tenggara Regional Police's jurisdiction which consisted of islands which made it difficult for the implementation of psychological tests to be effective and efficient, the distance between several Polsek and Polres was quite far apart which resulted in difficulties for some personnel assigned to Polsek taking a psychological test, with a considerable distance, it implies that the use of a large enough budget and the conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic make the implementation of psychological tests for official fire gun taking even more obstructed. Therefore, this study is aimed at building a website-based service in the implementationof psychological tests for official fire gun retrieval to support the implementation of tasks in the Psychology Department of the East Nusa Tenggara Police's HR Bureau using the Waterfall development methode. The results showed that the psychological test web service for the official fire gun was successfully built and has been implemented online through the address https://sisenpi-ntt.xyz. In addition, the results of functional testing show that the service functions provided can work properly and successfully meet user needs.

The administrative process that had previously applied to the cross-border post or 'Pos Lintas Ba... more The administrative process that had previously applied to the cross-border post or 'Pos Lintas Batas Negara (PLBN)' is integrated with the way of manuscript the passport data information or 'Pas Lintas Batas (PLB)'-special card for habitants whereas living a long site of the both countries border (Indonesia and Timor-Leste), information on a card and then do a recapitulation. This manuscript administration gave unfavorable result such as not have proper archiving in the filing cabinet and difficulty of the search data for the report purpose. To solve these problems, then it has been developed and implemented an application which called 'Sistem Informasi Pelintas Batas Wilayah Negara (SINTASWIN)'. This SINTASWIN application is applied to the immigration authorities in order to record and control the border crosser (traveler). This system will support the national policies and strategies of the Government in managing border region. However, the implementation of any application system has it constraints; therefore, it needs to be evaluated such as to evaluate end user satisfaction. This study aims to evaluate the satisfaction of users by applying End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) methods in order to produce recommendations for the improvement and system development in the future.

Administrasi yang kurang baik tersebut berakibat pada tidak rapinya penyimpanan data dan kesulitan pencarian data serta penyajian laporan. Pada penelitian ini akan diterapkan model waterfall dengan tujuan untuk menghasilkan sebuah sistem informasi untuk diterapkan pada otoritas imigrasi dalam mendata dan mengontrol pelintas batas wilayah guna mendukung kebijakan dan strategi nasional pemerintah dalam pengelolaan kawasan perbatasan antarnegara. Hasil dari penelitian ini akan bermanfaat untuk modernisasi dan perbaikan administrasi otoritas imigrasi pada PLBN terpadu di Wini.

Salah satu point penting dalam akreditasi sebuah PTS adalah data lulusan atau alumni karena alumn... more Salah satu point penting dalam akreditasi sebuah PTS adalah data lulusan atau alumni karena alumni merupakan cerminan keberhasilan dan mutu PTS dalam pelayanan pendidikan. Semakin mudah dan cepat alumni diserap dalam dunia kerja maka akan semakin baik. Untuk itu maka setiap kali akan melakukan re-akreditasi, STIKOM Uyelindo sebagai salah satu lembaga pendidikan tinggi di Nusa Tenggara Timur selalu melakukan tracer study alumni oleh setiap program studi yang ada. Tracer study alumni biasanya dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuisioner kepada setiap lulusan yang diketahui alamatnya dan didatangi untuk mengisi kuisioner yang dikeluarkan oleh STIKOM Uyelindo Kupang. Hal ini tentu membutuhkan waktu dan biaya yang besar. Untuk itu maka penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membantu proses tracer study alumni berbasis website dengan menggunakan pendekatan e-community, dimana website akan berfungsi sebagai media untuk menampung data para alumni sebagai suatu komunitas sehingga komunikasi antar pihak kampus dengan alumni dan antar alumni tetap terjaga. Selain itu website ini akan memberikan informasi up to date kepada semua lulusan berupa perkembangan teknologi terkini, termasuk informasi lowongan pekerjaan untuk menjembatani alumni dengan perusahaan-perusahaan atau instansi yang membutuhkan tenaga kerja. Dengan media ini maka proses tracer study yang dilakukan oleh pihak lembaga akan lebih mudah dan data yang diperoleh pun up to date. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian studi kasus dan teknik pengumpulan data untuk mendukung penelitian ini adalah studi pustaka, observasi dan wawancara untuk menunjang hasil penelitian yang akan dicapai yaitu terciptanya sebuah website berbasis e-community sebagai media penghimpun alumni STIKOM Uyelindo Kupang.

Net III is one of core subject in curriculum and it is in skill subject at STIKOM Uyelindo Kupang... more Net III is one of core subject in curriculum and it is in skill subject at STIKOM Uyelindo Kupang that uses C# 2010 programming language.In learning Net III programming, students have difficulty, specially when it is an error in code program writing, so it will be displayed error message in English. Beside that case, there is no reference that discuss specificly about catalog list of error message at visual C#. This thing becomes problem for students in IT, in one side Net III programming is must subject and it is one key in learning informatics fields, because by learning this subject in the end students can build a program. Why net III becomes a problem for students, it is caused by lack of knowledge in English that causes students has difficulty in overcoming error message in C# programming language.In the end this case will cause average of students pass level and decrease students will in learning programming language. The purpose of this ressearch is to know the effect of English mastering toward interpretation error message in learning programming language. Population and sample in this ressearch is students sixth grade study program of Informatics Engineering strata one is 51 students. Date character that will be proceed is primer and secondary date.Analysis tools that is used is descriptive and inferencial statistics. Analysis statistics result in this ressearch can be considering thing and strategy for study program in running curriculum specially in English subject, where it is need a prime material that relates to programming language thet in the end study program is not only can raise average students pass level but also it can return students interest in learning programming language. Statistics inferencial analysis result through t test is knowing that significant value < alpha value that is decided is 0.05, so the decision is accept Ha and refuse Ho. This result show that variable of students English skill (X) has significant effect to the interpretation error message (Y) eventhought the effect given is only 52,4% based on determination coeficient.
