The justification for the selection of the topic and undertaking the research were information ga... more The justification for the selection of the topic and undertaking the research were information gaps in the field of the behaviour of young consumers in the area of activities related to the environment. The study used a deliberate selection of the sample due to the direction and year of education, as well as the stratified selection-the population structure and the divisions into layers according to specific characteristics were known. The technique of auditorium survey was used. The analysed students are characterised by a high level of environmental awareness and a sense of responsibility for them as informed and pragmatic consumers. They engage in pro-ecological behaviour and, as committed and ecological consumers, create the desired patterns of consumer behaviour. The analysed students have a sense of responsibility for the surrounding environment, and the belief in individual influence is reflected in pro-ecological behaviour.

The analysis examined the use of the supply side of regional dishes and traditional products from 50 randomly selected, tourist farms located in the Carpathian Mountains. Material consisted of menus on farms for tourists. The study involved the analysis of the demand side, consumers' attitudes to traditional food. It was conducted in 2014 in Rzeszów, involving 100 respondents, using the method of questionnaire. The choice of study participants using purposeful selection. The study showed that the categories of articles that had the most meaning for consumers as regional and traditional products were: meat, sausages and milk and its products. More than 60% of the owners of tourist farms analyzed declared offering regional dishes. It can be concluded that the products of these have a large potential that can bring be...

The aim of the research was an attempt to define the interest in horseriding recreation within th... more The aim of the research was an attempt to define the interest in horseriding recreation within the territory of Sub-Carpathian voivodeship. Materials and methods: The analysis was conducted with the use of survey questionnaire which included 21 closed and semi-open questions of single and multiple choice. Research was conducted in 2014. Answers were obtained from 120 respondents which allowed to divide the obtained material depending on gender, age and place of residence. Results: Conducted research indicated that persons with higher education availed of horse-riding at least once a week, defining at the same time their skills as good and very good. The fact that this activity was realized mostly under the supervision of instruction, despite the declared level of training is beneficial. This allows to maintain high standards of safety and also work places. Conclusions: Despite borne significant costs related to practising horse-riding (at least 500 PLN/ month) vast majority of the respondents did not have their own horse, declaring at the same time a will to purchase one in the future.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the empiric of management strategic: Driving Factor (D... more The purpose of this research is to analyze the empiric of management strategic: Driving Factor (DF) and Pull Factor (PF) to team learning cohesion among nursing program in Banten Provinsion. The study was designed in the quantitative descriptive correlational study, and the method was a cross sectional. The total sampling (n=192) were manager (n=3), lecturers (n=45) and students (n=144) at nursing program study among Banten provice in Indonesia. The data were analyzed by using the Chi-Square.Theresults were shown‗good' category (83.33%) in DF and PF of Management Stratgict Implementataion and ‗high' category (59.72%) in Team Learning Cohesion. There was not a statistically significant relationship, p = 0.543 (p ≥ 0.05), between the DF and PF of team learning cohesion in implementation of Management Stratgic. In view of this, it can be concluded that the nursing lecturer should be able to be a good motivator in order to encourage the student academic achievement.

The study is devoted to the diagnosis of entrepreneurship development in rural areas. The aim of ... more The study is devoted to the diagnosis of entrepreneurship development in rural areas. The aim of the work is to analyse and evaluate the dynamics and directions of entrepreneurship development in rural areas of the Podkarpackie province as well as to identify changes and trends as well to present the strengths and weaknesses of rural areas in the studied area. On the basis of the conducted research, it can be concluded that the number of business entities in rural areas is systematically growing, and forecasts indicate further development. Assessment of directions and dynamics of entrepreneurship development based on the number of entities by selected NACE sections in 2009-2017 showed no significant variation in trends in all counties the trends are similar. The largest growth dynamics relate to communication and information services on, the real estate market as well as rental services for buildings, machines or devices, job market mediation, tourist services, detective or security services, maintenance of cleanliness and order, development of green areas, and office administration. In turn, industries such as agriculture, forestry, hunting and fishing, wholesale and retail trade, vehicle repairs, financial and insurance activities were characterized by a reverse tendency-a systematic decline in the number of business entities occurred. The remaining sections of PKD (Polish classification of activities) maintained a stable, unchanging level.

MODELING OF THE GRAIN STRUCTURE FORMATION IN THE STEEL CONTINUOUS INGOT BY CAFE METHOD MODELOWANI... more MODELING OF THE GRAIN STRUCTURE FORMATION IN THE STEEL CONTINUOUS INGOT BY CAFE METHOD MODELOWANIE KSZTAŁTOWANIA STRUKTURY WLEWKA COS METODĄ CAFE Computer modeling of a temperature field and a solid phase fraction in casted billets is the base of any numerical simulation of the continuous casting technology. Temperature distribution in an ingot longitudinal and cross section for the same technological parameters is a function of solidification rate and rate of the solidification heat release. Nucleation rate and solid grain growth velocity depend on a melt undercooling below the liquidus temperature, and consequently depend on a temperature value. The results of the primary grain growth and temperature distribution modeling are presented for the square steel continuous casting 160×160 mm produced by CELSA Steel Works in Ostrowiec. For the modeling the ProCAST R software was used. Virtual structure of primary grains in the continuous ingot cross section was compared with a structure of a real ingot.

Summary Subject and purpose of work: The aim of the research was to determine the diversity of so... more Summary Subject and purpose of work: The aim of the research was to determine the diversity of social development of all communes in the Podkarpackie province in two research periods of 2003 and 2013. Materials and methods: All functions such as LHDI were tested. The variant was used to group communes in the variant, comparing the Hellwig’s Taxonomic Development Meter based on the results analysis. Selection of own diagnostics was done in a natural way using TMR measures. Results: There is a positive decline in the number of communes in the lowest class by two units. At the same time, the number of four of two socially most developed groups decreased, and the number of communes with an average development level for growth. Communes that have maintained the position of socially the strongest in the region for years are: Krosno and Boguchwała.
