This conceptual research paper attempts to explore the conceptions of higher education leadership... more This conceptual research paper attempts to explore the conceptions of higher education leadership internationalization in the public universities of Karachi. The paper mainly identifies the potential of transformational institutional change. Internationalization is believed as a process of institutional cultural exchange among the staff and students of various universities and institutions of higher education around the globe. Most of the public universities of Karachi engage their resources in international diversities in academic and administrative areas. The universities attempt to update curricular activities to prepare students to meet the requirements of the global employability market. Besides this the universities explore the opportunities for international research collaboration by signing MoUs with various international universities for the Ph.D. of faculty. Whereas there is a poor investment in the internationalization of managerial affairs but in most public universities faculty performs the academic cum administrative affairs. This study is phenomenological based qualitative in nature, and endeavors to describe that the internationalization of educational leadership and institutions follow the standards and what provisions might be required to achieve the personal and professional transitions within its societies that are essential to accomplish the transformative plans.

English language teaching is a process that requires great efforts on the part of all the participants. Classroom interactions, activities, textbooks are the most important elements of teaching process for the aims and objectives of a course. Main objective of this study is to discover English language teaching skills in primary schools of union council Kumb Taluka Kotdiji, District Khairpur Mir's. The Questionnaire was prepared for teachers to explore the different aspects of teaching English skills and teachers' skills, (Training, teacher qualifications regarding English, English teaching methodologies). The questionnaire identifies teacher training and instructional materials. A sample of 20 teachers (both male and female) were selected from different schools of union council Kumb Taluka Kotdiji, District Khairpur Mir's. The data obtained was tabulated and analyzed by the percentage.

This research study investigates the relationship of innovation with organizational performance o... more This research study investigates the relationship of innovation with organizational performance of the telecommunication sector. The independent variables are process innovation, product innovation and organizational innovation as an organizational culture as moderating variable. The research is survey research in which questionnaire is administered to 200 employees that are concerned with innovation in telecom industry present in Islamabad and Rawalpindi to ensure reasonable response. The data was analyzed through the SPSS v.20 software. Results showed that product innovation, process innovation and organizational innovation has a positive impact on organization performance.

The Chabahar route to Afghanistan will allow Indian goods to arrive at Kabul by sidelining Pakistan land route. The port politics in the Indian oceans starts a new debate about state's economic and strategic interest. In this Paper, an objective analysis of the Chabahar port and Indian vested interests in this project has been discussed in detail. With Indian presence in the Chahabar, Pakistan faces various strategic challenges and implications that are also pinpointed along with policy recommendation to offset the problem in the best interest of Pakistan.

President Obama's foreign policy is determined by several factors, among them the foreign policy legacy and traditions of the Democratic Party including President Obama's closest advisors and members of his cabinet (some of them were high-ranking officials of the Clinton administrations), his own foreign policy program presented during the election campaign (which is to a some extent based on his " personal life-story ") developments and reality of the global strategic environment, domestic and international perceptions of American foreign policy and of course, long-term strategic interests of the United States.
