O presente trabalho visa apontar os principais benefícios dos portfólios, a saber: auxiliar no ac... more O presente trabalho visa apontar os principais benefícios dos portfólios, a saber: auxiliar no acompanhamento do planejamento e na frequente avaliação da aprendizagem, estimular o desenvolvimento dos alunos, e auxiliar em uma comunicação positiva entre professores, alunos, gestores e famílias. Adicionalmente, propõe-se uma organização estrutural de portfólios digitais para a avaliação da aprendizagem contínua da língua inglesa na educação infantil. A proposta de estrutura do portfólio se baseia no estudo dos portfólios digitais das turmas da autora desde 2015. Como objeto de estudo, o presente trabalho apresenta um projeto completo de portfólio bimestral de língua inglesa para ensino fundamental 1, no caso o 5º ano no 3º bimestre de 2019, de uma escola municipal situada na cidade de Bragança Paulista – São Paulo.

This work describes a process of steel waste treatment— primarily steelmaking— of thick sludge, t... more This work describes a process of steel waste treatment— primarily steelmaking— of thick sludge, through a technique of ultrasonic bombing aiming to recover the metal content of this waste. During the manufacturing process of steel in LD converters, the liquid iron designed in oxidizing atmosphere converter, solidifies in the form of small spheres with a wide range of sizes. However, not all the spheres are perfect, because some will ultimately not be able to complete spheres formation due to variations in size, cooling speed, and surface tensions. The smaller the size of the spherical particles, the greater the degree of oxidation, which forms a dust that generates a "cement" ligand upon contact with water, and aggregates the other spheres with non-metallic particles involved in the production of steel (slag; Coke; Cao; etc.). Houve perdas humanas e materiais, e a Educação também enfrentou muitos desafios frente a esta crise. Em função da necessidade de distanciamento social, as escolas passaram a utilizar o Ensino Remoto, por meio da Educação a distância, como recurso para postagem e transmissão das aulas, fazendo com que os professores se adaptassem a essa nova realidade, se reinventando, se tornando resilientes. In industry, the transmission of electricity usually requires high currents transported for very ... more In industry, the transmission of electricity usually requires high currents transported for very long distances, and in some cases, such as in aluminum plants, the use of high currents is essential for the reduction process. The connections between the electrical furnaces and the transmission cables are made with busbars, which can be comprised of either one or two different types of metal. In this transmission process, the main method to upgrade electrical circuit performance is by improving conductivity at the joint interface. Due to the need to reduce cost and simplify maintenance procedures, the interfaces at the joints are simply brushed, and conductive pastes are pressed between the contacting metals. The material most commonly used is a high-cost graphite paste, which is not produced by any Brazilian company. This paper presents a novel conductive paste, easily elaborated from industrial residues, involving low-cost production, yet presenting better results than those obtained with the graphite paste.

The quality of the iron ore, over the decades of exploitation lowered, due to the reduction of th... more The quality of the iron ore, over the decades of exploitation lowered, due to the reduction of the rich ores found at the beginning of the exploration. It resulted in ores with lower grades and more mixed with the gangue. Iron ore is processed after comminution and grinding, to have appropriate particle size and release the stages of flotation, which is divided generally in Rougher steps, Cleaner, Scavenger and Re-Cleaner. Flotation is a process that uses an ore slurry with additions of flocculants, surfactants, and other products. These substances are fundamental to the operation. However, it compromises of the reuse of the water. The proposal presented in this paper introduces a pre-treatment process of the pre-flotation material, still in Rougher step, which will increase its efficiency in such way that only one Cleaner step would be sufficient to generate a concentrate ready to be considered flotation of the final product.

Metallurgy is one of the most important sciences developed by mankind, the steel industry is, in ... more Metallurgy is one of the most important sciences developed by mankind, the steel industry is, in turn, the most important technique practiced within metallurgy. In order to produce the steel, for a long time, the objective products were generated, but also the process residues, which were discarded succinctly. With the evolution of the recycling processes, several of these residual materials became commercial use, as is the case of blast furnace slag. However, slags from steel mill processes, because of their high free CaO content, still had direct use restrictions. What is proposed here is a process that treats steel slag through a recomposition of this free CaO, leading it to become a calcium carbonate. Blast furnace slag is used for various processes where its chemical stability and mechanical strength is critical. One of the most important factors during the process of comminution of minerals is their power co... more One of the most important factors during the process of comminution of minerals is their power consumption rate, which is determined by calculating the WI (work index), which in short is to analyze the amount of kWh consumed per ton of material, to reach a certain particle size and achieve the desired. Along with the quality of the ore is defined and use the classification of the ore. Ores of jaspelite type, high hardness, and with lower iron content 60% with silica content above 10.5%, tends to be considered economically unsuitable for merger cases in the Brazilian market. The work presented here consists of a technique that acts by transforming this type of ore at an acceptable quality product and with a lower power consumption than the previously calculated by WI analysis. The procedure presented here recovers a quantity of more than 75% by weight, taking an ore 56% Fe, for an average content of 65% SiO 2 and lowering the 10% to 4.5%. Although reducing by 50% the amount of phosphorus present. The procedure presented here using known methods, but with a variation with respect to the operation, which gives you innovative character, acting together with a selective screening.

Minha mãe, quanta saudade, que sempre foi, e sempre será, o melhor exemplo de ser humano que eu podia ter. À minha esposa, meu amor, exemplo de luta e perseverança, uma vencedora inata. Ao meu irmão, meu melhor amigo, companheiro para toda e qualquer situação. A minha outra família, minha segunda mãe, D. Lúcia, e minhas "irmãs", pelo amor, carinho e confiança, sempre. Ao meu filho, o maior motivo para vencer, e sem dúvida, o maior presente de Deus. À minha princesa, Isabelle, coisa mais maravilhosa que Deus pôs no mundo, um pedaço do céu na Terra. During the wet recovery process of steelmaking sludge, non-­‐metallic components present suffer a... more During the wet recovery process of steelmaking sludge, non-­‐metallic components present suffer a great solution in water treatment of this material. To the content of the metal recovery process occurs without contamination by water saturated with CaO is dissolved in the form of Ca(OH)2, is necessary to remove this hydroxide. The Ca(OH)2, present in the wash water, it forms a layer of CaCO3 when the metal material is dried, reducing their metal content. To prevent this, a study was initiated to prevent CaCO3 was formed during drying. To prevent the formation of this compound moved where it was formed, and drying the smokes rich in CO2, were directed to the settling pools. The contact of Ca(OH)2 with CO2 to form CaCO3 precipitate out. This precipitation reduces the lime content in the water, promoting cleanliness of the metal material and water purification, recycling about 97% of water and capturing CO2.

Ao meu irmão, meu melhor amigo, companheiro para toda e qualquer situação. A minha outra família, minha segunda mãe, D. Lúcia, e minhas "irmãs", pelo amor, carinho e confiança, sempre. Ao meu filho, o maior motivo para vencer, e sem dúvida, o maior presente de Deus. À minha princesa, Isabelle, coisa mais maravilhosa que Deus pôs no mundo, um pedaço do céu na Terra. Aos meus amigos José Emanuel e Jaqueline, que sempre estiveram comigo nos momentos mais difíceis da vida, pelo apoio, incentivo e amizade incondicionais. A outros tantos amigos que estiveram, estão e estarão presentes em minha vida e meus pensamentos, o tempo todo, a vocês, que aqui não descrevo individualmente, mas penso em cada um intensa e profundamente, acreditem, meu mais profundo sentimento de gratidão e amizade. In industry, the transmission of electricity usually requires high currents transported for very ... more In industry, the transmission of electricity usually requires high currents transported for very long distances, and in some cases, such as in aluminum plants, the use of high currents is essential for the reduction process. The connections between the electrical furnaces and the transmission cables are made with busbars, which can be comprised of either one or two different types of metal. In this transmission process, the main method to upgrade electrical circuit performance is by improving conductivity at the joint interface. Due to the need to reduce cost and simplify maintenance procedures, the interfaces at the joints are simply brushed, and conductive pastes are pressed between the contacting metals. The material most commonly used is a high-cost graphite paste, which is not produced by any Brazilian company. To the content of the metal recovery process occurs without contamination by water saturated with CaO is dissolved in the form of Ca(OH)2, is necessary to remove this hydroxide. The Ca(OH)2, present in the wash water, it forms a layer of CaCO3 when the metal material is dried, reducing their metal content. To prevent this, a study was initiated to prevent CaCO3 was formed during drying. To prevent the formation of this compound moved where it was formed, and drying the smokes rich in CO2, were directed to the settling pools. The contact of Ca(OH)2 with CO2 to form CaCO3 precipitate out. This precipitation reduces the lime content in the water, promoting cleanliness of the metal material and water purification, recycling about 97% of water and capturing CO2.
