Gaya hidup sehat sudah menjadi kebutuhan yang tidak bisa lepas dari kehidupan sehari-hari sehingg... more Gaya hidup sehat sudah menjadi kebutuhan yang tidak bisa lepas dari kehidupan sehari-hari sehingga menyebabkan permintaan akan produk sehat semakin meningkat, termasuk pada makanan ringan sehat Soyjoy. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya hidup, kualitas produk, dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Soyjoy di Yogyakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen produk Soyjoy di Yogyakarta. Metode sampel non probability sampling dengan jumlah 100 responden menggunakan metode Roscoe dan teknik pengambilan purposive sampling melalui Google form. Uji yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji heterokedastisitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji regresi linier berganda, uji F, uji t, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa gaya hidup, kualitas produk, dan promosi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

This study aimed to examine the effect of customers’ attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived b... more This study aimed to examine the effect of customers’ attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavior control on their intention to switch to healthy food products. This research also tested brand awareness as a moderator of customers’ behavioral choices to switch to healthy food products by switching behavior. The study was conducted by distributing a questionnaire. It involved 318 participants and employed partial least square regression as the data analysis method. This study shows the significant influence of customers’ attitudes on their switching intentions toward healthy food products, and perceived behavior control significantly influences customers’ switching intentions toward healthy food products. Customers’ perceived behavior control, as well as their intentions to switch toward healthy food products, significantly influences their switching behavior. The aim of this study is to analyze how the Go-Jek service quality an influence customer satisfaction in shaping customer loyalty to the Go-Jek company. This research is quantitative and the variables examined in this study are website design, reliability, trust, customer satisfaction, to support consumer loyalty. This research was conducted in Yogyakarta and the data was collected using a questionnaire based on a Likert-scale, and the taking method uses purposive sampling with 300 respondents. Data were then analyzed using structural equation model (SEM) analysis with the help of WarpPLS software. The results of the study show that the effect of e-service quality on customer loyalty to the Go-Jek company were positive and significant.

The variables involved in this paper are perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, trust, and purchase intention. A total of 210 responses from distributed questionnaire were obtained from students who already had online shopping experience before and lived in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. To collect the data, this study used purposive sampling method. The data was analyzed by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis method with the help of PLS software. The findings from this research were consumers’ trust and their intention to shop online were positively and significantly affected by perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use of OCRs. Clearly, those attributes of OCRs were linked to the development of the shopping environment, which consequently could affect sales.

Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen produk Soyjoy di Yogyakarta.
