This studi was aimed at describing the learning process of writing expository texts in class VII ... more This studi was aimed at describing the learning process of writing expository texts in class VII C SMP Ekakapti Karangmojo Gunungkidul, through the use of the TTW learning method. and describing the results of writing an exposition text for class VII C SMP Ekakapti Karangmojo Gunungkidul using the TTW learning method. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR). The technique of analyzing the data is using quantitative and qualitative techniques. Based on the results of the study, the conclusions that can be drawn are as follows. First, their exposition text writing skills have improved after using the TTW learning method. The improvement in writing exposition text skills was known from the pre-cycle, fi rst cycle, and second cycle tests. The average score of their pre-cycle was 58.67. This result belongs to the poor category. Furthermore, for the average score in the fi rst cycle the result was 75.63 so that it can be said to have increased and is included in the good category. Thus, there was an increase of 16.96% from the pre-cycle. In the second cycle, the average score achieved was 82.61. This result is included in the good category as well. Thus, there was an increase from the fi rst cycle of 6.98% and 23.94% of the pre-cycle results. Second, learning to write Exposition texts through the TTW learning method has been proven to be able to change students' negative attitudes and behaviors into positive ones. These changes can make students who are less enthusiastic and less active become more alert, excited, happy, and able to enjoy learning. Students become more active in thinking ( think), actively discussing ( talk), and more actively writing exposition texts (write).

Kumpulan cerita pendek Orang-Orang Kotagede merupakan karya Darwis Khudori yang terbit pada tahun... more Kumpulan cerita pendek Orang-Orang Kotagede merupakan karya Darwis Khudori yang terbit pada tahun 2012. Walaupun beberapa cerpen dalam antologi ini ditulis pada tahun 1970 dan 1980-an, namun msih layak dan menarik untuk dikaji. Kajian ini terfokus untuk mendeskripsikan perceraian yang memiliki dampak negatif terhadap kehidupan keluarga. Terdapat dua puluh cerpen dalam kumpulan ini dan lima cerpen yang mengangkat kasus perceraian suami-istri. Dari perceraian itu mengakibatkan kondisi negatif bagi keluarganya. Kajian ini tergolong kajian pustaka dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data diperoleh dengan tenik baca, simak, dan catat yang kemudian dianalisis berdasarkan kisah perceraian dari pasangan suami istri yang ada dalam cerita tersebut. Hasil kajian berupa simpulan yang mengungkapkan bahwa perceraian yang dilakukan oleh suami terhadap istrinya berdampak negatif terhadap kehidupan keluarga, terutama terhadap kehidupan ekonomi, dan anakanaknya.

Pembelajaran online adalah sesuatu yang baru bagi pendidik dan siswa, serta orang tua. Kebaruan i... more Pembelajaran online adalah sesuatu yang baru bagi pendidik dan siswa, serta orang tua. Kebaruan ini menimbulkan permasalahan sekaligus tujuan dari penelitian ini, yaitu 1) untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring; 2) untuk mengetahui kendala apa saja yang dihadapi oleh peserta pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi kasus, dengan sumber data berupa dokumen/arsip, observasi, dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data berupa analisis interaktif yaitu analisis secara terus menerus, dimulai dari penemuan data, pengumpulan data, reduksi data sampai pada kesimpulan dan verifikasi secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) pembelajaran daring melibatkan banyak pihak (beberapa komponen), seperti guru, siswa, orang tua, jaringan internet, perangkat, teknik penyampaian, dan media elektronik yang tersedia; 2) Penyebab belum sempurnanya pembelajaran daring karena a) guru sudah terbiasa dengan pembelajaran luring dan gagap dalam menghadapi pembelajaran daring; b) siswa menggunakan kebebasan belajar yang negatif dan sangat bergantung pada peran orang tua; c) orang tua juga gagap dalam menghadapi teknologi pembelajaran daring dan sangat bergantung pada ekonomi keluarga; d) gangguan listrik dan kekurangan kuota/pulsa menjadi alasan utama tidak dapat mengikuti pembelajaran daring; e) perangkat standar menjadi alasan siswa/orang tua tidak dapat mengikuti pembelajaran daring; f) penerapan metode kuliah luring tidak sesuai untuk pembelajaran daring karena guru tidak dapat mengontrol aktivitas siswa.

The errors examined involve the spelling, morphology, semantics, and syntax. Therefore, the language used in scientific meetings or papers that they compile should be oriented to the language of good and right. The use of the wrong language can affect the reader (one's language). This can happen because there is a possibility of him imitating the wrong language. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Researchers look for written sources (through their papers), observations, and interviews.
