The world has now entered the era of industrial revolution 4.0, or the fourth industrial revoluti... more The world has now entered the era of industrial revolution 4.0, or the fourth industrial revolution, where information technology has become the main basis in human life. This research aims to: (1) describe early childhood Islamic learning in PAUD Palopo City; (2) describe contextual learning; (3) find a factual model of contextual-based learning; (4) find a contextual development model (draft) of early childhood Islamic learning. This research is a development research (R&D). The research was conducted in PAUD Parama Bunda, Libukang Permai, and Aisiyah Bustanul Athfal Palopo City. Informants in this study were education managers, principals, educators, and related parties who supported the research data. Data collection techniques used in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation studies. Retrieval and checking the validity of data using triangulation techniques, reviewing key informants, and checking with members. Data analysis techniques used data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Early childhood learning in Palopo City PAUD generally refers to service standards in organizing PAUD learning. Contextual-based learning planning is prepared in the form of curriculum, syllabus, semester program, weekly learning implementation plan (RPPM), daily learning implementation plan (RPPH). In practice, this learning is integrated with contextual learning. The contextual learning model is presented to the stakeholders involved for feedback and suggestions for improvement. The factual model was then revised and enriched in the form of a development model (draft) to make it easier to implement.

Pengabdian ini berbentuk pelatihan pembuatan Alat Peraga Busy Book yang bertujuan untuk melakukan... more Pengabdian ini berbentuk pelatihan pembuatan Alat Peraga Busy Book yang bertujuan untuk melakukan pemberdayaan konseptual dan teknis terhadap Masyarakat Prasekolah yang ada di Kota Palopo. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan di Auditorium IAIN Palopo Jl. Balandai Wara Kota Palopo melalui beberapa tahapan pelaksanaan, antaralain: (1) tahap persiapan; memilih mahasiswa sebagai pendamping dan menentukan guru dari berbagai sekolah target (2) tahap pelaksanaan; melaksanakan pelatihan pembuatan Busy Book dan (3) tahap refleksi; melakukan evaluasi terhadap pelaksanaan pelatihan. Dalam pelatihan ini, sebanyak 20 Guru TK/RA di Kota Palopo terlibat sebagai peserta pelatihan selama 2 hari yang dibimbing untuk membuat alat peraga Busy Book dari pemateri kompeten. Alat dan bahan yang digunakan antaralain: Mic, speaker, LCD Proyektor, gunting, jarum, lem bakar, benang, kertas, dan kain planel. This study discusses about good corporate governance implementation which in this study includes ... more This study discusses about good corporate governance implementation which in this study includes managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and audit committee which rated as capable to improve the images on banking which were bad, protect the stakeholder interest, and increasing the obedience to applicable laws and regulation and also general etiquette in banking industry in imaging banking system that is through company financial performance. The population of this study is all conventional and Islamic banking listed in Indonesia Stock Market throughout 2016-2018, sample that is used are 42 companies which have published their financial report from 2016 to 2018 continuously. The study result shows the managerial ownership variable has 0.02 significant effect towards financial performance, institutional ownership variable has 0.049 significant value towards financial performance, audit committee variable has 0.031 significant value towards financial performance. Meanwhile, they are simultaneously having 0.031 significant value towards financial performance.

Integration of the two modes of representation was carried out through a developmental study by adopting Research and Development (R & D) from Borg and Gall as a reference for the development of conceptual frameworks and memory models of Y Wang as a reference framework of the development of operational stages. This spreading virus does not support economic growth either nationally or globally. Finally, it has an impact on various industrial sectors in the country, from manufacturing to finance. The industry was one of the largest contributors to Indonesia's Gross Domestic Product (GDP) last year. The contribution given from this industry to the 2019 GDP was recorded at 19.62%.
