Design is the main focus in this research. This design includes spesification of the components a... more Design is the main focus in this research. This design includes spesification of the components and the working scheme of the tool. In early stages, component selection is done as needed. After getting the required components, the next step is the design and manufacture of tools. The design is intended to display the components and the working scheme system tool that will be made. The purpose of making this tool is design and make target using sensor based on microcontroller and display result using liquid crystal display (LCD). The benefits of making this tool are to measure the accuracy throws in softball and to helpcalculate the test result in real time to provide objective score result. Indonesia as a country has most of its territory covered with water. This places the country at a... more Indonesia as a country has most of its territory covered with water. This places the country at a high risk of getting involved in water accidents. Drowning is one of the most dangerous water accident and it can easily lead to death. This research aims to provide relevant information about water safety and its importance when implemented in schools. This is a survey research. The Surveys were conducted online using a closed questionnaire on the https://docs.google.com/forms domain. The question was given to the students, "Is it important to learn water safety?” This study involved 3 subjects that are students, teachers PE, and parents. The samples used were 175 respondents which include 99 students, 45 teachers, and 31 parents. The survey results show 89% from 175 respondents chose yes, 2,1% from 175 respondents chose no, and 8,7% from 175 respondents chose possibly. Pendekatan latihan merupakan bagian penting yang harus dipilih oleh pelatih dalam menyusun dan dalam merealisasikan program yang telah direncanakan. Salah satu pendekatan latihan adalah gaya kepemimpinan pelatih. Gaya kepemimpinan pelatih merupakan cara kerja yang biasa dilakukan sebagai kekhasan dari seseorang pelatih. Gaya kepemimpinan seorang pelatih dapat mempengaruhi pencapaian prestasi olahraga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi gaya kepemimpinan pelatih Hapkido dalam rangka meningkatkan prestasi atlet Hapkido di Yogyakarta.

Peran tersebut mencakup tiga hal, yaitu norma atau aturan, konsep dan perilaku individu. Setiap wanita belum mendapatkan status sebagai atlet atau olahragawan sejak mereka dilahirkan. Status peserta olahraga hanya diperoleh melalui tindakan yang ditunjukkan oleh tindakan mereka dalam kegiatan olahraga. Melalui olahraga wanita dapat membentuk karakter. Sejauh ini, perempuan hanyalah objek pelengkap dalam bidang olahraga, misalnya dalam beberapa kasus olahraga profesional terbatas pada pemandu sorak pelengkap atau sebagai media untuk promosi peralatan olahraga. This research uses research and development (R&D) methods. The developed media contains of self-defense material variations in paegi and hapki il mu the movements. This media development uses smart apps creator 3. The media has been developed through two stages of research, namely expert validation and testing. The results showed that the products included "very good" criteria with a mean score of 4.55. The trial results show the product includes the criteria of "very good" with a mean score of 4.64. Based on these test results it can be concluded that the product is valid for use in junior high school learning. Keywords: Development, media, learning

Motivation is a key element for the learning success of students. The teacher's ability as a motivator can be seen from the lesson plann, implementation, and motivation of students participating in learning. This study aims to determine the implementation of motivation physical education learning in elementary schools. This study using survey research. Data obtained through observation of the lesson plan, implementation in the field, and feedback from students. The subjects in this study were teachers who took part in the Elementary School PPGDJ PJOK 2018 at Sriwijaya University, totaling 19 teachers and 19 student elementary school students. The results of the study show (1) 65% of teachers make lesson plans; (2) 79% of teachers motivate students on learning; (3) 86% of students are motivated in learning.
