A rescue robot is a robot that has been designed for the purpose of aiding in most rescue workfor... more A rescue robot is a robot that has been designed for the purpose of aiding in most rescue workforces. In most of common circumstances that skill rescue robots are mining fortunes, urban ruins, imprisoned situations, and blasts. Rescue robots were used in the search for victims and survivors after the September 11 occurrences in New York city. The reimbursement of rescue robots to these operations include reduced personnel rations, reduced fatigue, and access to otherwise unapproachable areas.The Robotic search and rescue is valuable since robots may be deployed in dangerous environments without putting human responders at peril conditions. This project is a prototypical which is extensively used for military applications.PIR sensor is used to detect human. A Passive Infra Red sensor (PIR sensor) is an electronic device which measures infrared light radiating from objects in its field of interpretation. Seeming motion is detected when an infrared source with one temperature, such as a human, passes in noticeable of an infrared source with another temperature, it detects. It acts as a motion finder. This robot uses RF technology controlled by RF remote controller. This can be enthused forward and reverse direction using geared motors of 60RPM. Also this robot can gross high-pitched turns towards left and right directions. This project uses ARM7 MCU as its controller. Also a wireless camera with voice is rim to the kit. We are exhausting the GPS module for exact location tracker of robot when human body is detected.

This paper presents the design of the technique using fuzzy inference system for contrast enhance... more This paper presents the design of the technique using fuzzy inference system for contrast enhancement of color images. The quality of the raw image is improved by filtering of the noise components. For this reason, there is a need for noise filtering. The contrast of the image is enhanced with fuzzy if then rules. Hence the fuzzy inference system is applied by taking a movable window of 3x3 sizes over the image. A comparison is made in one direction to the other adjacent pixels to find their intensity level and then a new value is assigned according to the fuzzy rules and function.

It has three main stages, namely, image fuzzification, modification of member ship function values, and defuzzification. Fuzzy image enhancement is based on gray level mapping into membership function. The aim is to generate an image of higher contrast than the original image by giving a larger weight to the gray levels that are closer to the mean gray level of the image than that are farther from the mean. In the fuzzy framework of image enhancement and smoothing, two contributions merit an elaboration. The first one deals with ‘IF..THEN..ELSE’ fuzzy rules for image enhancement. Here, a set of neighborhood pixels forms the antecedent part of the rule and the pixel to be enhanced is changed by the consequent part of the rule. Then by using one of the methods we have proposed, a novel, compact, printed rectangular slot antenna with band-notch function for ultra-wideband (UWB) applications. In rectangular slot antenna to increase the impedance bandwidth and to achieve UWB coverage, we have introduced an inverted T-shaped conductor supported plane inside the rectangular slot on another side of the substrate. Additionally, by using a coupled rotated C-shaped strip around the inverted T-shaped conductor backed plane, frequency notched band performance can be achieved. The antenna has compact dimensions of 2126.5 mm².

Nowadays there is increase in demand for high speed data transfer in mobile communication. Different multiple access schemes like Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) and SC-FDM are the two important schemes of Long Term Evolution (LTE) for next generation communication. In this paper, we observe the evolution of SC-FDMA in LTE by showing bit error rate variation and PAPR ratio comparison between OFDMA system and SC-OFDMA system.
