Termination of employment is a termination of employment caused by workers, employers or both of ... more Termination of employment is a termination of employment caused by workers, employers or both of them for a certain thing and resulted in the expiration of rights and obligations between workers and employee. In this journall discussed about the implementation of termination employee in PT Xwhich is a distribution company production facilities in Malang. The formulation of the problem is why the workers approved the Employment Agreement Specific Time (PKWT) orally at PT X and how the implementation of labor laws in force in Indonesia to resolve the problem Termination (PHK) which occurred in PT X. The research method in this study was using empirical juridical approach. Type and sources of data used in the primary data collection and secondary data, and analysis process was using descriptive qualitative. The efforts made by workers to obtain the rights that workers should be able to it in accordance with Law of Indonesia number 2 of 2004 on Industrial Relations Dispute Settlement and Law of Indonesia number 13 of 2003 on Manpower.

Information exchange require communication process and a system that managing a whole activities process in company as the result is a balance system in the company. Knowledge sharing is one of the best way to share information. This paper doing by descriptive qualitative analysis, with field observation and interviewing the company. Therefore, the objective of this paper is to analyze the relationship between sharing knowledge in employee relation and employee performance.

The purpose of this study is to explore the factors that are a source of stress and stress coping for workers during the pandemic of Covid-19. The method used in this study is a qualitative method. The subjects in this study were 7 workers as informant who worked in the National Strategic Project with characteristics that matched the criteria. The source of data and at the same time the method of data collection comes from primary data, namely data obtained from research subjects/informants through the results of questionnaires, interviews, and observations. In this study using research instruments in the form of questionnaires, observations and interviews. Data validation is done by doing triangulation.
