This research aims to reveal : (1) the teaching competencies level of High School Economics teach... more This research aims to reveal : (1) the teaching competencies level of High School Economics teachers in Purworejo regency, (2) the contribution of the educational background, the teaching experience and the working spirit toward the teaching competencies of High School Economic teachers in Purworejo regency. This research was an ex-post facto study which the subjects of all High School Economic teachers at Purworejo regency. The sample of this research was 40 teachers, which determined based on Krejcie formula, and the proportional random sampling technique. The data collecting instrument was a Likert scale question, each of which had been tested by factor analysis, Alpha Cronbach and split-half Spearman-Brown technique for fulfilled the requirements of validity and reability. The data analysis used a descriptive and inferential analysis. (2) Kelayakan instrumen penilaian autentik berbasis literasi sains untuk peserta didik tema 8 kelas V SD. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan model 4D yang meliputi empat tahap yaitu (define, desain, development, dan dessimination). Subjek penelitian ini peserta didik kelas V SD Negeri Tegalrejo yang terdiri dari 8 peserta didik. Uji coba terbatas sebanyak 5 peserta didik, dan uji coba lebih luas sebanyak 8 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi dan angket. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu lembar validasi, lembar angket respon peserta didik, dan lembar keterlaksanaan pembelajaran. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan pemanfaatan bahan ajar ensiklopedia digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan ensiklopedia digital berbasis creative thinking terintegrasi karakter pada materi macam-macam gaya kelas 4 sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan model ADDIE. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan wawancara, angket, dan tes. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu lembar wawancara, lembar angket respon untuk ahli media. Ahli materi, praktisi dan untuk respon peserta didik, serta soal tes. Literacy skills are needed by students in order to comprehend various subjects. Mastering literac... more Literacy skills are needed by students in order to comprehend various subjects. Mastering literacy maximally require literacy learning. Characteristics of literacy learning include three R, namely: Responding, Revising, and Reflecting. Measuring the success of literacy learning requires an authentic assessment. Components of the authentic assessment are: a) the tasks that the student must do, b) assessment sheets, and c) assessment rubric. The task consists of: a) performing an act, b) producing a work, and c) both performing an act and producing a work at a time. The rubric consists of aspects to be assessed equipped with indicators of quality level for each aspect ranging from the most perfect level to the worst level accompanied by scores for each level of quality.

Penelitian ini menggunakan desain R & D (Research and Development) dengan menggunakan model model 4D terdiri dari tahap Define (Pendefinisian), Design (perancangan), Develop (pengembangan) dan Disseminate (penyebarluasan) dari Thiagarajan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, angket validasi, angket respon siswa, dan tes. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Validasi produk di dasarkan pada kelayakan isi, kebahasaan, desain tampilan handout, kesesuaian dengan HOTS, dan kesesuaian dengan keterampilan membaca. This study aims to determine the feasibility of Digital Worksheets based on Critical Thinking Ski... more This study aims to determine the feasibility of Digital Worksheets based on Critical Thinking Skills on the theme of the fifth grade ecosystem of Elementary School. This research is a development research using the ADDIE model which includes five stages Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The trial was carried out on fifth grade students of SD Negeri 2 Baledono in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. Research subjects include a limited trial of 5 students and a broad trial of 10 students. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observations, and interviews. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study are the Feasibility Results including the validity of digital worksheets obtained from the assessment of material experts, media experts and fifth grade teachers who obtained an average score of 3.60 with a very valid classification. The practicality of the Digital LKS was obtained from the responses of students and the results of the implementation of learning at the limited trial stage and the broad trial of 15 students. The effectiveness obtained from the assessment scores of the evaluation questions carried out by students through the limited trial and broad trial stages. The sum of these two stages, obtained an average score of 90 from a score scale of 100. These three feasibility classifications lead to the conclusion that digital worksheets are feasible to use. Thus, it can be concluded that the digital worksheet based on Critical Thinking Skill is suitable for use for the Ecosystem theme in grade V Elementary School.

This study aims to determine whether the use of the talking stick learning model can increase stu... more This study aims to determine whether the use of the talking stick learning model can increase student activity in the third grade thematic learning at SDN Karanggedang. The design used in this research is classroom action research which is carried out in two cycles. The results of research observations carried out showed an increase from cycle to cycle. Active learning in the first cycle got 58.45% in the less active category, in the second cycle it increased by 26.05%, which amounted to 84.5% in the very active category. The achievement for the implementation of learning by applying the talking stick model in the first cycle was 73% with a good category and in the second cycle it got 88.45% with a very good category, the achievement of student activity using the talking stick model is considered successful in reaching the limit of activity given, which is 80%
